We had a fantastic experience at Blue Vista! We didn't want to go anywhere or do anything except enjoy the house. The host checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Everything was pretty close by and the views were spectacular.

This was a wonderful property! Too many considerate details to mention them all but I will say how much we enjoyed the deck, the screened in porch, fireplace and the views!!! The dog run was a special feature that not a lot of mountain properties have. The hosts were great at communicating everything you need to know- most definitely use their turn by turn directions once you turn off the main road and go up the mountain. The drive up is exactly as described and even I was fine- just take it slow if you need to. This is a beautiful home and we hope to return one day!

Six childhood friends gathered for 65th bdays and enjoyed a week of what all Asheville offered..... restaurants, shopping, hiking & spa day at Hand&Stone, all which were close to home. The house is very comfortable with a lived in vibe. Bedroom King beds were a plus, nice tiled bathrooms, closet space except upstairs. I will give view 5 stars because our weather was spectacular and the mountains were a highlight each AM/PM Owners were very responsive and concerned about our comfort. Thanks from the FFX Fillies

Beautiful Views/Property

Gorgeous VRBO - views were stunning and the property was well maintained. It was obvious that the owners were very thoughtful in their design of the home and what they chose to include inside of it. Great location as well - close proximity to downtown. I will say that if you’re not from the area and not used to driving in the mountains, the road leading to the home can be somewhat nerve wrecking to drive. However, the host did provide clear instructions on this and does explain that the road is steep. House was well stocked with items. Really, the interior and exterior of the home were beautiful. The only negative we experienced was an abundance of stink bugs. We had to rush in and out of doors whenever leaving because they would come inside the house. I would say we had to kill at least 10 stink bugs that continued to make their way inside of the home. The outside deck was also difficult to enjoy at times due to the number of stink bugs outside. Maybe they’re just really bad at this time of year. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. This was definitely the best VRBO we have stayed at and I would happily book here again!

A DELIGHTFUL VACATION

A beautiful home with a spectacular view. Close to downtown, Biltmore and a lovely array of shops, restaurants and many picturesque sights and exciting activities! The yard is an extra bonus that is very much appreciated by myself and the pups! We had a little problem and the owners responded immediately and solved the problem asap! Local food delivery and Uber as well! In terms of expectations and reality they completely met all expectations! Enjoy! ☺️

Excellent house for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. each of 3 bedrooms very comfortable and private and each with full bath. Fenced dog run highly appreciated with our pups. kitchen has all necessary equipment. Host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Take me back…

We had an incredible two week stay at the mountain house. The property is amazing and the view is breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the deer, bunnies and wild turkeys who came to visit almost daily. Our hosts were so responsive and kind, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The house is also incredibly dog friendly, so our golden retriever felt right at home. The area a mile or so from the house has everything you can possibly need. We cant wait to come back next year!

Absolutely beautiful home and fantastic location

This was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The view was absolutely stunning and the home had everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to come back! Great restaurants nearby also in Weaverville. Highly recommend Stoney Knob and Vinnie’s as well as the Salt Faced Mule brewery

Wonderful stay!

The house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful views, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The entire house was very well appointed - we did not want to leave! We brought our dogs, and the fenced in yard and gated balconies were so convenient in letting them enjoy the vacation as well. Asheville, parks and hiking trails are all a very close drive. We hope to visit again!

Spectacular View

This was a Christmas gift for our son and his family. We found everything perfect for our stay. We brought their two family dogs and even the fenced in area was so convenient for letting them out from the deck. The view and the hot tub were enjoyed by the family. We also found the privacy very nice yet we were close to all that Ashville has to offer. We highly recommended this property.

What a view!

We stayed for a week over school vacation. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and this one was the best. It was stocked with things you'd find in a actual house (REAL mugs and glassware, toiletries, plenty of pans, plenty of towels, plenty of silverware....even a welcome bottle of wine!). The view was lovely from the hot tub after a long hike. The only slightly tricky thing was getting in the driveway with our big SUV, but it wasn't bad after a time or 2.
