"We never spoke to the host. We brought a gift for the host expecting to do so. That's OK, of course.The house was in excellent condition, except that the gas stove malfunctioned twice while we were there, requiring a technician on both occasions so that we could use it. Since it's a mountain house, folks need to understand that the water pressure can be weak, especially if more than one person attempts to shower, or the dishwasher or washing machine is in use. Would have liked to have had a dish...

"The home was immaculate & had adequate space for the six adults we had. The owner provided water and snacks on arrival as well as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and makeup wipes. The location was convenient, and the owner was responsive to inquiries. We look forward to a future visit!"

"We had an awesome stay here! We had 3 families and grandpa with us! The kids loved the movie theatre and arcade room. The kitchen was stocked with every tool/appliance you can think of. There were also plenty of utensils, cups, plates etc. The host also stocked the house well with needed supplies. The area was great, close to Asheville and Hatley Pointe ski hill. We would definitely rent again. "
