I enjoyed an extended time at this property and recommend it highly. It is well cared for and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal - it is in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently close to downtown Waxhaw. Chris was an excellent host. Thank you!

This home is beautiful and in the perfect location. All the shops and restaurants in downtown Waxhaw are within walking distance. The home has everything you need (and more!), is comfortable and clean! Kid friendly as well with an assortment of board games and puzzles. Our family recommends staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay this weekend. The property is immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that made the experience feel both comfortable and special. This lovely home in the village is perfect for us when we visit our family who lives in the area. We can walk to the park and restaurants which is great! We are return guests and the home is always in perfect shape. Our host Chris answered immediately when we had questions. Thank you!

Quick stay

We came in from Northwest Ohio and stayed the weekend. This home was perfect! It had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the area and hope to come back for a longer stay.

Home away from home

We loved this house. It was in the perfect spot for us to get to the wedding we were part of and still be able to explore the area. It had everything we needed and felt just like home.

Wonderful house!

Everything was wonderful with the house. Clean and in a nice neighborhood. We were able to walk to downtown which was great. We would most definitely rent again!

Excellent house..

The property was so great and in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from downtown Waxhaw. The kitchen was well stocked and all was clean and fresh. The hosts were quick to respond and so kind. Definitely will use again when we come to the area.

What a great spot in Waxhaw. Super clean,comfortable and very well set up. Nothing left out. 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. Really a gem. One of the better spots we have stayed in the area. No doubt we will be back.....

Great Stay

The property was clean and comfortable. The owner had obviously made thoughtful choices when preparing the house. The beds were comfy, there were toys and books available for enjoying during downtime, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It made our visit very enjoyable!

Waxhaw Downtown Villa

Awesome house! Second time I've stayed there for winter holiday vacation. House is immaculate, like new, plenty of space, great for guests. Great location, walk to shops and dining in charming Waxhaw village. Close to South Charlotte but seems like you're in a small town in the country. Owner is very responsive and professional.

Waxhaw Graduation and Family Reunion

This was our first visit to Waxhaw for our niece's graduation as well as a family reunion. We fell in love with this house as well as the town of Waxhaw. Everything was super clean, well furnished, and well organized. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. It was so nice finishing our days with family and returning to the house. We will be returning next June for our other niece's graduation and would love to stay here again!

Perfect!

We were in Waxhaw for a family vacation and this house was ideal. It is located within walking distance of everything that Downtown Waxhaw has to offer. The host addressed any concerns quickly and efficiently. Our family was important to him. We would stay here in the future.
