"The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area."

"We were in CLT for a wedding and preferred staying all together vs separate hotel rooms. This house was perfect! The decor, furnishings and bedding were excellent. The overall cleanliness of the house was great. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. Very quiet neighborhood and super close to the Ballyntine area and all amenities in that area."

"This home had lots of space, and other than it not having a hot tub like I had initially seen when booking the place, our stay was great! We made smores, celebrated my daughter's birthday and had good time playing games. The host was nice enough to get us cupcakes and balloons for the celebration which was awesome!!! The place was on a quiet street, and we felt safe. We would stay here again if needed."

"We were looking for a place to spend the night after a concert in Charlotte. This was only a few miles away and it was a better deal for us to book this house than 2 hotel rooms! It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard! I would recommend this, especially if you are looking for an extended stay with family and want to be really close to, but not in uptown."
