"I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. "Wow! The owner furnished this home with all the extra little things that made a very special place feel so welcoming! The property is better than described. Views are amazing. Outside fire pit, grill, large wrap around deck, new patio furniture. Then inside high quality finishes. The kitchen has all the things you would want - even an Instapot! Checkin in was simple. "Took 15 minutes of ringing a bell for the desk worker to barely poke his head from behind a door and stair at me until I said hello. He then asked me what I wanted in a rude and aggressive manner. The bed had no support. Mattress just sank down and felt bars under bed. Very bad area. Had to sleep with a gun in the room to feel safe. Do not stay here."

No view of the water, and a bit of street noise outside, but quiet inside except for the putter-patter of little feet from upstairs sometimes. The resident small dog and cat were friendly and happy to welcome us. Shopping was just minutes away. Watch for deer if you drive the area at dusk/dark! At the corner where you turn into the neighborhood, there are tons of wild blackberries."
