The mattress had multiple urine stains and ALL of the bedding seemed unwashed and reeked of urine. Peeled back bedding to find a dingy stained mattress pad and several obvious urine stains on the bare mattress itself. My pants picked up the stink from just sitting on the bed briefly to take photos. This was a known problem as there was urine treatment under the kitchen sink (despite no pets allowed). We had to leave at 10pm to get an hotel room. Until the entire bedroom area is replaced, no one should stay here. And even after that, considering the owner let it get to that point in the first place.

So cozy with everything needed. Private patio and beautiful landscaped yards. Loft a little low but the bed is very comfortable. If I need a place to stay in this area, I would def. book again.

The tiny house is in a nice place in Tacoma. Close to major highways, but still quiet and cozy. It’s fully stocked and designed for a 2 night stay. Two cars is a tight squeeze but worked. My reason to pick a tiny house was to see what it would be like to live in a tiny house.

Check in was easy and better than a hotel lol I loved the privacy of the place and I loved the coffee and coffee maker provided ! My favorite part was that I had two options of where I could sleep. I’m small enough for the couch and the bed is perfect and comfy. Best vacation I’ve had in a very long time . Definitely coming back next time I come to Tacoma for a tattoo

Very comfortable

The tiny home was very comfortable, clean, and photos accurately reflected the inside. Property managers were very quick to reply about inquiries and were very kind. We were unaware that the tiny home was actually on the driveway of the owners - in a nice neighborhood though. That took us by surprise but the Privacy fence helped. Window or door screens would be a nice addition but everything else was fabulous.

Great location

Absolutely loved this tiny house! Stayed there with my 1 1/2 year old and it was perfect. Put the pac n play by the couch and blocked the loft stairs with a suitcase. Having a full kitchen was super nice. The property manager responds to questions super fast and is very helpful.

This was the best stay that we have ever had in Tacoma. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and it’s so cool to see the ocean on our morning walks. We come to Tacoma a couple times per year and will certainly look for this place before anything else!

To Move or not to Move!?

Fantastic Location, great middle ground whether you are going to Seattle or an Adventure on the 101 Loop. Host Family went above and beyond, and helped me with a special surprise. Even more than that helped fixed what I shipped when it arrived Damaged great people. Great place, would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Tiny Home Stay

This was a great place to serve as a home base for going out to hikes in the Mt. Rainier area and exploring south of Seattle. The tiny home was clean and accommodating for two and the owners responded promptly to any concerns we had. The bathroom for a tiny home was quite nice and had a large shower. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for walking and not too far from food spots. Located on a slight hill the sunsets were beautiful to watch. Would recommend for pairs or individuals!
