The house was so perfect for our family. We didn’t want for anything. Lots of children’s toys, puzzles, and sand toys. Our host was gracious and returned an email with a phone call immediately. We would definitely suggest this house to other families

Anthony our host , responded to my questions almost instantly! So good to know the host was available. Loved hearing and seeing the ocean right from the house and so easy to walk over. We had comfy beds, stocked kitchen, and very room was spacious! We will book again soon.

We loved the big table and all the dishes, we cooked in every night so it was really nice to sit and eat together. I wish I had known that the equipment storage room at the athletic center was open and accessible, we would have used a lot more of the facilities. (Ping pong, tennis, etc)

3 generation family vacation. Beautiful beach view from the living areas and bedroom. Nice deck with table and chairs to enjoy outside dining. Perfect location with beach access right across the street. We bring enough food and drinks for the week so we don’t have to leave. The garage and driveway parking made unloading easy and convenient. Plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, and even a life jacket for the kids. Toys, games, and puzzles for both kids and adults for the rainy day that we stayed inside. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the chocolates and note they left for us was a welcoming touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice view of the beach between buildings.Nice layout. Perfect for our group. Very nicely stocked kitchen.We especially appreciated the entertainment: dolphin swim-bys 2 of the 3 days!!Friendly owner/ manager that answered all our questions.

Great hosts - super responsive, answered all our questions in a timely manner. Welcomed us with a note and chocolates, which was so nice!House had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach. We especially appreciated all the books, children’s toys, and high chairs. Perfect Family Getaway

This was our second stay in this home, which accommodates our extended family of 10 perfectly. The home provides beautiful ocean views from the deck and spacious living room. The well stocked kitchen and gas grill were perfect for our group who enjoys cooking. Location is great, quiet and peaceful, but close enough to venture to Aptos and Santa Cruz. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Family vacation

Lovely family get together at this location. Close beach access for long walks and bonfires. The home is older but clean and lovely. Will consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing and Thank You

This house was amazing! My teenagers loved it. My youngest one hung out in the loft almost every time we were home. If there was a bed up there, he would have stayed up there all night. The hosts were amazing and answered questions before we arrived. The house felt like home. The view was spectacular and the beach, though cold (as it is October) was amazing! The house is fully furnished and very welcoming.(thank you for the chocolates!). We all agree that the next time we come in a couple of years, we would definitely pick house 85 again! It may be an old home but it is an amazing home! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great location.

The location was perfect and check in was ok, the front desk didn’t give us our keys initially. My only gripe was how outdated and unkept the house was for the price. It was very expensive and the house needs some work and attention badly. Or just drop the price to reflect the home

The best location for a family get-together

We beat the August heat and our extended family of ten people had a wonderful time together. The beach was literally steps away (I counted a little over 100), and the weather was perfect. We walked over to the beach several times a day. We flew kites, built sand castles, played in the waves, and went beach combing. The sunsets were gorgeous and visible from the rental house as well. This is a comfortable family friendly place. The kids, ages 2 1/2, 8 and 10 always found things to do. There are kid books to entertain and inspire drawings. There are lots of sand toys for the beach. The adults enjoyed the central area where we watched the Olympics on TV and enjoyed good food. The dining room table fit our group and we used the BBQ all three nights of our stay. It seemed very rural around the area, and we stayed at the house, but there are grocery stores and other things in the suburbia type town of Watsonville, only about 10 to 15 minutes away. We were new to the Pajaro Dunes area and we loved it, not overly crowded, and very peaceful and beautiful.

We Love This House

My family loves this beach house and everything about it. My kids, nieces, and nephews look forward to staying here and only here. They are never curious about other properties. We saw a few dolphins and otters. We made castles in the sand and enjoyed the volleyball court. The best part is the constantly hearing the crashing waves. The worst part is leaving. Thank you Allegretti Family for letting us stay in your lovely home.

A perfect beach getaway

This house was perfect for our three generations of family. There was plenty of space and was well stocked for our group. And the beach access was right there, which led to many walks down the beach. We look forward to booking this house again for our next family get together!

Great location

Beautiful location and house was big enough for us all we will probably return to Pajaro dunes. We enjoyed the wildlife, surfing, fishing, shopping, the BarBQue at the house and much more. Thank you. P. S. The freezer is leaking water in the ice maker side & will eventually break. We cleared it out a few times during our stay. The big bad of ice was there when we arrived.
