"I highly recommend this property. The only issue we encountered was for some reason the AC was set at 58 degrees Fahrenheit when we arrived. We turned the AC completely off, and the house temperature regulated by the next morning, but the first night was pretty chilly. The house could use a few more blankets on the beds! "

"Another great time in Capitola. Our 4th year staying at this awesome beach cottage and it did not disappoint. Our group made lasting memories in this comfortable space. They kids enjoyed the "kid zone" loft and the adults sipped coffee or wine by the cozy fire. Love the relaxing pace of beach life"

Great views from the living room, had so many things for our toddler (like kids plates and spoons, toys and even books) and even a pack and play for our newborn to sleep in, which was a total win so we didn’t have to travel with one! There was coffee available to make and all the dishes you could ever need. I highly recommend this place! My only complaint would be that all the pillows in the house (even on the couch) were down feather. So I would recommend bringing your...
