Fully renovated in 2026, our Zoo-side Apartment offers a light-filled comfort and refined style in one of D.C.'s most beloved, and walkable neighborhoods. The open plan living and dining area connects to a private deck overlooking the garden, ideal for morning coffee or quiet evenings. The primary bedroom feels serene and expansive, with an ensuite bath and double doors that open to the patio, the perfect spot for coffee or a quiet evening outside.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with modern finishes. The second bedroom includes bunk beds perfect for children, and the living room offers a sofa bed for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and handmade tiles that reflect the owner’s personal touch.
