No me gusto la forma que me trato el dia 5 de abril la joven que estaba en el front desk, Cuando fui a cambiar la habitacion por la que nos correspondia. Es una persona que debe estar mas orientada a servicio al cliente. Por eso le di un 3. en servicio para que mejoren con esta persona. Sin embargo Mia es excelente fue muy agradable su recibimiento, nos ofrecio ayuda mas alla de sus responsabilidades y en adicion se esforzo en entendernos a pesar que no era su idioma. Gracias Mia!!!! Eres la mejor.

Additionally, it is customary in hotels and for rental cars in the United States to authorize a guest's credit card for more than the price of the stay to protect the hotel in case you charge anything to your room or in the event of damage or smoking. Nice hotel… so, so service
The hotel is very well located although there are not very many dining options in the area. We were there for 4 nights and unfortunately we did not get the room upgrade we expected because of being hotels.com gold… it seems the hotel was fully booked all the time… well… The hotel bar is nice and the pool is GREAT. Service though is not the best, I would say 40% of the employees seemed to be expecting guests to be thankful for their being there… like they could be doing more fun and better things. The attitude was really not guest-satisfaction driven… even less so when some of them expect to get tips as a large portion of their wages. In particular an employee by the pool was plain rude. Not just with me but with other guests who requested things from her. You may have a bad day, but maybe you should hide it at work. Other than that, a ver nice hotel, large room, free coffee, nice pool.

El hotel esta bien para estancias cortas, funcional, comodo y practico, pero las personas de front desk son rudas y no muestran el más minimo interes en ayudarte. Las personas de limpieza son amables.

The property was nice, but the room itself had a couple problems. First the temperature was so up and down, it would be hot and then you’d turn the thermostat down to be cold and then it would be too cold, then when it was warmer in there, it smelled like paint. Next the blinds were already broken when we got there, there was a light in the closet that was on constantly and would not turn off, the chrome cast they used for casting TV and Movies too was not even connected and I had to plug it in behind the TV myself. At night, there was constant banging outside and sounded like people moving around and like construction work, even though there was no construction. The technology that used to control the lights was nice, and different but it also did not work half the time and was dark. There also was not enough plug ins for the amount of things we needed to charge. I charged my phone next to the bed and my partner had to go across the room to charge her phone. The staff was nice and always there to help, especially the man at the front desk when we first book in. He was nice and helpful and always a friendly face to see and always wanted to say hi. Lastly, there was a couple of homeless people outside when the times we would walk around out side to get to the museums and different restaurants. Although it was a nice and different stay, I don’t think I would re stay there again if I had the chance.

Meh. Service fee of $35 daily was supposed to include $10/day food credit. Nope. Asked and was told only $20 for full 5 day stay. Child's book was taken during cleaning on first morning after we were told only cleaning every other day.

Clean but blinds didn’t open and it took 3 days and 7 phone calls to get them to fix. Their fix made it so the blinds didn’t close. Wouldn’t use them again except for a one-night stay.
