Unbeatable Location on The Hill

  • This stylish, family friendly Capitol Hill rowhome will provide you with the quintessential DC experience. Originally built in 1914, this home has been fully remodeled with all the amenities you need to feel at home.

    Great location, 1 block to Lincoln Park, near Capitol, Union Station and Eastern Market. Walkable to Barracks Row, H Street and the Fields at RFK. Great bike and walk scores! METRO nearby: Stadium-Armory, Potomac Ave, Eastern Market.

    This is a whole-house rental, so you have exclusive access to the entire house and to the patio. There is a separate one-bedroom English basement beneath. It has a separate entrance as well as separate climate control and utilities. There are no shared spaces or communicating doors.

Gorgeous stay

We stayed for a long girls weekend and this was the perfect place for it. Location was great with wonderful local businesses nearby. The home has every amenity needed for a very comfortable stay. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We couldn’t stop talking about the beautiful decor. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

This house was everything that it appeared to be online. It was gorgeously decorated, flawlessly clean, and just a fantastic location for doing fun, touristy things in DC. Communication with the host was very easy, and all around it was just an absolutely fantastic stay. Would highly recommend!

Great neighborhood, quiet, safe w good restaurants in the area. The house was well stocked for families inclusive of high chair and pack and play. The outside patio was great to grab a little sunshine and coffee in the morning. And really appreciated the prompt and real time communication with the owner. Would stay again!

Fantastic home

Enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home in fantastic DC location. Home is super clean, kitchen is well appointed, and parking was a plus. Amazing book collection, too! Definitely recommend this home for a comfortable family trip to DC. Thank you!

Beautiful cozy place!

We stayed here and were so impressed by the thoughtfulness of everything And the beautiful decor. They thought of everything- many umbrellas for use, multiple hair dryers/straighteners etc. thank you for a great time !!

Family trip to DC

We had a great stay at this location. The property was well maintained and very cozy. Very close to local restaurants and grocery stores. Owners were a joy to work with and communicate very promptly to all questions. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone else.

Great place

Just as advertised. There were 5 in our group and the accommodations were wonderful. Close enough to walk to to the monuments or even easier to use subway. Would stay here again

The location is great. A 12 minute walk to the Metro station. The pizza place on the corner has good pizza and salads. Easy pickup and drop off for Uber. I felt safe at all times. The home is comfortable and well stocked. I loved the sitting area outside and inside. I will say the couch is low so this old lady laughed every time I tried to get up. We did carry our Roku, so not sure about TV. I would recommend and I will stay here if I ever return to DC

Awesome place

This place is a great home. Its walking distance to everything. Metro is close and easy yo use. The home has everything you could want except your clothes and food. The neighborhood is quiet. A great experience from start to finish.

Great neighborhood; great home

Had an amazing week of sightseeing while staying here. Metro is 10-15 min walk. Great pizza place at the end of the block. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Street parking was safe. Walked to Eastern Market multiple times for errands. Would stay here again!

Family of 4 touring Capitol Hill

Perfect location for a family trip to DC. We parked our car out front and left it for the most part and rented Capital Bike Share every day and it worked perfectly. The house was clean and comfortable and safe and a great location to tour the area and see the tourist sites we wanted to visit. Highly recommend this great VRBO! Very nice and responsive hosts when I had questions.

Great additional space for family reunion coming to see us in DC

Close by to my home in DC. Great extra accommodations for overflow family we could not put up in our home during our family reunion. Safe walking distance. Pizza restaurant on the corner is delicious

Perfect House in Perfect Location

Our family of five (parents and three young adults) stayed here the first week in January and we couldn't have been more pleased. It's stylish and well appointed. The neighborhood is ideal for walking. We walked to local restaurants, coffee shops and the Eastern Market. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving in DC

Compact, well appointed house. Felt like we were locals. The guidebook the host sent was a little out of date, but super helpful overall. Easy bike ride to National Mall and great restaurants and grocery shop nearby. We explored all of the sites and had an awesome visit!

Perfectly quaint town home

We had a great family vacation to DC and our stay at this VRBO made the trip that much better. Very clean, nicely decorated with all the amenities you’d need between kitchen, entertainment and bathroom. We had three young kids and the bedrooms for them were great. Grocery store a few blocks away and two great restaurants, one breakfast and one dinner away. I would book this again 1000%.
