The Space:
The Manor on Vermont comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four spacious king bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom has its own beautifully appointed bathroom located directly across the hall. A convenient half bath is also available, bringing the home to a total of 4.5 bathrooms.
The main level offers multiple living and entertaining spaces, along with a formal dining room furnished with elegant dining furniture. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line Miele appliances and is complemented by a dedicated beverage station with an espresso and latte setup, wine fridge, and ice maker.
Guests will enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, premium linens and towels, and luxurious bathroom amenities throughout the home.
The beautifully landscaped private garden and patio offer a secluded setting for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or relaxing outdoors. The enclosed private garage provides convenient off-street parking for an appropriately sized vehicle.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the main residence, including all three levels, living and dining areas, kitchen, all four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, private backyard garden and patio, and enclosed garage.

The property also includes a separate carriage house with its own private garden for other guests. To respect everyone’s privacy, guests are kindly asked to remain within their designated outdoor area and not access the carriage house garden or other private outdoor spaces.

For destinations farther afield, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, and several Metro stations are just a short walk from the property, providing convenient access to the National Mall, Capitol Hill, Georgetown, Reagan National Airport, and beyond.
For guests traveling by car, the home includes the convenience of a private garage—an exceptional amenity in the heart of the city.
