Ubicación optima y concierge impresionante
No solemos redactar reviews de hoteles pero en esta ocasión lo hago por el excelente trato de su concierge Leire. Nos asistió con la mayor dedicación que he visto en un hotel nunca para que nuestra estancia fuera optima.Muchas gracias Leire , con gente así cualquier hotel funciona. Respecto al hotel , tiene una situación optima en frente de La Casa Blanca y sus instalaciones son preciosas y muy clásicas.

El vecino de enfrente en Obama.
Hotel de alta categoría, clásico en su decoración y de gran formalidad en el vestir de sus huéspedes. La localización es inmejorable y las vistas a la Casa Blanca desde la habitación, privilegiadas y exclusivas. Para un viajero, quizás demasiado formal pero la habitación era excelente salvo el baño que me pareció no estaba acorde con el resto.

Hay Adams Washington DC
Muy cómodo, servicio muy bueno con mucha atención, el punto negativo - servicio en el restaurante en desayuno bastante lento. Pensamos que habíamos reservado habitación con vista al patio interior pero nos dieron habitación exterior con vistas de edificio al lado. De todas maneras volveremos.

The Hay-Adams hotel was very beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. If I ever come back the Washington DC again, this is place I would stay. Love it.

Outstanding Property--First Class--Great Location
The location is great---The front desk was very accommodating as I arrived early. They made everything very comfortable & the room was beautiful and well set up. The water pressure and hot water were great too given that this is an older property. I give this top rating on every level

Hay Adams went the extra mile for everything without being asked. Restaurant is top notch. No staffing problems like some hotels have now. Just great.

. They offer coffee machine and coffee in room but for us early raiser not not wanting to wake up other people in our room it would be nice to have office in lobby.The staff all great friendly and personable. Would high suggest and we will be back.
