Good location for places to eat and the Metro Station.

We found the apartment to be very clean and the bed was comfy. Communication was excellent. It’s a quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute walk to Shaw Howard Metro - 3 stops to the National Mall. Several places to eat and get coffee.

Loved it here!

The flat was cosy and had everything we wanted in it to make our stay comfortable. I loved the proximity to restaurants and stores. There is 7-11 nearby. The neighbourhood was safe and beautiful and I enjoyed walking around the area.

Great Home and Location

We really enjoyed our short 2 night stay. Extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nicely designed and well appointed with all the necessities - even had coffee and laundry soap which were greatly appreciated. Feels very new. Were able to park our car very close with the parking pass (they provide directions how to apply). Short and safe walking to metro and nearby restaurants so we never had to take our car anywhere. We enjoyed a great/fun meal at Ambar Shaw! Highly recommended if the size suits your needs (2 of us stayed and we had more than enough room).

Perfect for our needs!

Nicely kept apartment in a cool area. Perfect amount of space for our family with 2 very young kids. Quick drive to the national mall and easy to find street parking included in the stay. Would stay here again!

Great Little Getaway

My husband, son and I were traveling to see the Smithsonian Zoo and the National Mall. Great place for 3 people. It was a nice neighborhood but didn’t feel totally safe walking around with our son therefore we ubered everywhere. The communication between the owners of the house was awesome. Definitely would book this property again!!

Excellent option for convention center

I booked this place because the hotel I was staying at for the first two nights of a conference was full, so I decided to stay here for the remaining two nights. I wish I’d stayed here the entire time! The property was spotless, comfortable, cozy, and extremely well appointed. Dont’t hesitate to stay here!

Great place to stay

We booked this for a weekend sporting event at Walter E. Washington Convention Center. It was super nice! Everything was very clean and comfortable. In fact, it’s hard to find a bed this comfortable when traveling. We were able to walk to the convention center with no trouble. It was a fairly short walk. Very convenient! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great Little Apartment!

We didn’t spend too much time in the apartment as there was so much for us to do. It was really nice that it was only a 45 minute walk to the National Mall from the apartment and the neighborhood felt really safe to walk in. (Plenty of pride flags, which made me feel safe as someone who is transfeminine.) When we got there we didn’t have our parking permit printed out, luckily there is a library 5 mins away (walking) which was very nice and helped us print it out. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

A nice place to stay

We did not receive the required check-in information at the time we arrived at the unit. I even contacted the agent before we headed to Washington DC that morning, asking for the keypad number. Luckily we met the owner outside of the rental unit and he let us in. During our stay, the owner was helpful. However, the internet was not working for the first three days. We got a refund for these inconveniences. The place is nice and clean and close to the convention center. We do recommend to stay in this unit.

Great DC stay . . .

This place met all our needs for a fantastic first trip to DC. Owners/managers very responsive and helpful. Location is close to Metro station, in a cool little neighborhood with nice cafe's, restaurants, nearby grocery store, even a yoga studio. Apartment is on the small side but well suited for a couple: has everything one might need. Location is especially great for people who like to walk a bit as part of their activities. That said, Uber's/Lyft's were nearby and quick to arrive whenever needed for places Metro didn't reach. Don't miss the Marilyn mural just a few yards up the sidewalk.

Perfect Getaway

I couldnt have asked for a better experience or accommodation! From booking to checkout, the process was easy and stressfree. The house is gorgeous and I fell in love with the neighborhood. We will be back!
