  • The G Street Suites is a 3-level row house, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests. The Master Suite contains a queen-sized bed. Suite 2 contains a queen-sized bed. The main level has a full sized futon. The lower level has a king-sized bed and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The property features a fully stocked gourmet style kitchen.

    Fort Dupont is a residential neighborhood located in southeast Washington, D.C., east of the Anacostia River. It is bounded by East Capitol Street to the north, Fort Dupont Park to the south, Minnesota Avenue to the west, and Fort Chaplin Park to the east and northeast. Fort Dupont has a population of approximately 7,050.[1]

    Fort Dupont is adjacent to Fort Dupont Park, the grounds of a Civil War-era fort that was constructed for the defense of Washington. Fort Dupont is a distinct neighborhood from the nearby Dupont Park, although both border the park and take their name from it. Pets are $25/pet/day.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was very helpful about resolving any issues and communication was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a very quick drive into downtown D.C. I would just like to comment on the A/C that was amazing. The house was so comfortable inside on hot days.

For DC and the prices it was good. Arrived to no toilet paper and only 2 towels. The kitchen supplies is minimal. The house itself needs lots of love. The management did a very good job of getting toilet paper and towels bonus the next day.

Worst place to stay at, couch was already broken, instead of them buying a new one they put books under it, and they ask for more money once you already place order for bnb, don’t recommend at all

This unit is exactly how it was described. Quaint! The space was clean, the street was quiet, and it was very easy to communicate with the property owner. I would definitely rent this space again when coming back to visit

The house was very nice and in a good location. It was perfect for our family. If we go back to the DC area I will check to see if this property is available.

Overall our stay was satisfactory the number of beds are misleading and we couldnt get the tvs working properly but it wasnt a big deal we were here for a convention so we were out most of the time the neighborhood was excellent clean and peaceful

Close to Everything

Close to everything….. Communication was great and quick. Check in was flawless, requested early check in and that was granted and great. Property was clean, beds are comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. We will be returning!!!

Amenities were not good. Broken couch, window, and their washing machine literally didn’t stop. I had to turn off the water by the water valve then drain it manually for the washer door to open. DO NOT COME HERE. They wanted to charge me for all the broken things they had. I made a mistake in not recording the property when I first got there because I was on a work trip and was busy with work.
Water is to the rim of the washer because the water could not stop.

This is a three-story renovated house in a great location - but it is necessary to have a car. There is no public transportation nearby. The owner was very attentive and helpful during our stay—few hiccups along the stay which were promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this house!

The whole house was ours. We have autistic child. She qas ve4y happy, she enjoyed the backyard. We had kitchen to prepare food for our child who cannot outside food. We really enjoyed staying here. Checking in and out was so c9nvenient. The owner responded quickly

We dealt with a few malfunctions during our stay. Garbage disposal was leaking and washer machine kept giving us an error message. The host fixed one problem while we were there, but that took 2 days. Living room furniture was so uncomfortable

Very few furnishings

Four adults staying for four nights and the living room has one futon to sit on. The photos showed a couch, chairs and coffee table. Four cold not fit on the futon and it did not really have a back, so it was very uncomfortable. The bedrooms were very poorly furnished, nowhere to set your phone, CPAP etc.

D.C. vacation

The kitchen sink was leaking bad from the bottom the first hour we were there and never was repaired for our stay even after contacting the host, had to keep emptying a bowl and wiping up water so we could use it. The washing machine wouldnt work half the time and had to be restarted constantly. And alot of the amenities like dishes were missing or dirty and had to be washed first. The basement floor bedroom leaked water when it rained. It is a nice place over all and has alot of potential but needs a little better up keep. Not a terrible experience but not the best either

Our family appreciated the A/C, the number of possible bed configurations, the number of bathrooms and the parking availability of this VRBO. Most importantly, we had space which allowed for each person to have their own area which is not available when we stay at hotels. In general, the company was responsive when I had a couple of questions as to where to find items. However, I was not aware when booking the unit that the property had 3 floors. Even with the A/C on, the top floor was warmer than the other 2 floors. The basement floor was coolest.Overall, the unit was clean and had the basic necessities. The one item that was lacking which would have been a "nice to have" was some shampoo for showers as we are accustomed to having it provided when we stay in hotels and since we traveled from the opposite coast, we prefer to minimize carrying liquids. I did have a slight issue with the washing machine, but I was able to solve the problem.Overall, the unit provided us what we needed as a home away from home.
