Townhouse was lovely and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of eight. It was located with easy access to everything the city offered but just enough out of the way to relax and unwind from the busy days. Hosts were easily accessible and quick to help answer questions. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Clean, well appointed, great communication, but get a parking spot through an app. The metro was a bit of a hike with luggage and tired kids, so we used ride services for most days. The hosts were very quick to respond, and there was a grocery store nearby. Overall, this was an incredibly easy stay.

Beautiful, Comfortable Stay — Great Host & Easy Access to DC!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for our trip. We visited during a major heat wave, and the AC kept the house perfectly cool, which was such a relief after long days of sightseeing.Traveling to and from the Capitol area by Uber was quick and easy for our group. We didn’t have much luck with all-day street parking, but using SpotHero made parking stress-free and affordable.The only small downside was that the water pressure in the showers was lower than we’re used to, but otherwise everything was perfect. The host was friendly and responsive whenever we had a question — we really appreciated that!Overall, we’d definitely recommend this home for a comfortable DC visit.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay!

Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful. It was clean, tastefully decorated, but not cluttered. Claire was very responsive to requests. The Union Market was within easy walking distance, and we enjoyed eating and shopping there. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to stay for a quick weekend!

It was my birthday weekend and I stayed with a few friends (7 girls total) and the place was very spacious, comfortable, and close to where we were going! I highly recommend!

Short Stay in DC with Family

From start to finish, Claire was an awesome host who was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house was clean and large enough for our family. Everything we needed was there. The only thing I was concerned about was the neighborhood and parking. Unfortunately there is only 2 hour parking in front of the house. We had to carry and walk our luggage a block away. Also, there is a liquor store and bodega on the corner by the house that had people hanging outside and even the house across the street had people hanging out and drinking during the day with loud motorcycles and loud people. That would be the only complaint which has nothing to do with the quality of the home. Otherwise, stay was what we needed.

Nice home, responsive host

Nice house, very clean. We were a group of two families, 9 total and it felt like enough room, especially with 3 bathrooms. We had safety concerns of the area and didn't feel it was the safest place with kids.
