Great location, close to everything. There's a lovely farmers market down the street on Sundays. The unit is well maintained and well stocked. The owner, Roydell is awesome and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends traveling in the area. Thank you Roydell!!

This is a comfortable, well appointed, spacious studio with a small kitchen. Roydell included snacks, a selection of teas, and coffee. It was impeccably clean. He was charming and very helpful in giving walking directions. The neighborhood is good; people I encountered were friendly. I will return!!

rather than staying in a small hotel room this was an amazing stay for two people. within walking distance to so many stores, restaurants and the monuments. it was clean, comfortable and overall and amazing experience.

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

This Studio is absolutely perfect for two people. It is furnished beautifully without being overdone and has everything you could possibly need. We were even provided bottled water and a basket of snacks. The linens were fresh and of great quality. The location for our event (wedding reception at Big Bear Cafe) was perfect. Roydell was a dream host, so welcoming and kind. The rate is very reasonable for the area, plus there is on-street parking. Wow! I highly recommend Roydell and this Studio!

A Perfect Place to Stay

The Studio is a perfect place to stay. It's central location in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood makes it the perfect hub for exploring Washington. The Convention Center is a 20 minute walk and on the way you pass by a GIANT supermarket where you will get everything. The host is very supportive and caring. The studio is quite modern, the shower excellent. I definitely offers great value for monkey!

First time in DC

I brought two energetic daughters to DC, and this suite was perfect for the three of us. Roydell had everything ready when we arrived - including extra snacks, coffee & tea makings, etc. You can tell he has done this before. The suite was clean and comfortable, a nice place to crash after busy days seeing the sights. The suite provides options for travel. We drove our vehicle, but there is a subway station nearby. An all-day guided tour was very informative and helped us solidify our plans for things to see and do. Then we bounced between the national mall area and the suite for the rest of our time in DC. It was great to have “tourist time” and then stop by a neighborhood grocery store on the way back for normal routines and food. Roydell is a great host - we’ll be back! Highly recommended!

Great little place for a short stay!

For never had been to DC before, I have to say we hit the jackpot with this VRBO. Located perfectly out of the way of the hustle of the city but close enough to Uber or rent a car to enjoy what the city has to offer.

O.M.G. I got lost at one point and not only did Roydel (manager) assist me bit he literally made certain that my stay was confortable and pleasant. There was water and a few treats. ALL the ammenities were favored in high regard. My stay via VRBO app was VERY useful. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE take this as insight utilize the app, come rent from Roydel and refer a friend...
