The property was just fine and as described. I brought members of my family to DC for the July 4th Beyonce concert. The property was very conveniently located between the concert venue (The Commanders Stadium) and downtown DC. The Beltway freeway system was easily accessible from the location, though...if guests are not familiar with DC traffic, Uber/Lyft might be a better choice for getting around town: DC traffic is not for the meek.The neighborhood was friendly, safe and nearby to grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies and local eateries. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you have multiple vehicles but, doable with patience and opportunity. The dedicated parking space for the property was very useful but, not the best for folks with ambulatory difficulties as accessing the property from the space can be a little difficult. The rooms in the property were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms could use updating but, they were entirely servicable. The patio area/hot tub was a great relaxation space. Nice place to chill out and reMy only caveat is that the host did not provide any caffeinated Keurig coffee pods. There was a full compliment of teas and decaffeinated coffee pods but, that was it. Not a deal breaker at all but, just a suggestion for the future. Overall, I'd stay there again if I was traveling with a group of 5 to 7 people and was in town for some type of event where I needed to be centrally located to the venue as well as DC's other amenities.

Was in DC to celebrate a family members graduation and this was the perfect spot. It was close to local family members and other places that we were going for the time of our stay. Property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We loved the backyard, it was perfect. Host was very accommodating and responsive.

This property had just what our group needed for a great get away. We chose to drive to the Metro, park and then head to our destinations. It was great to return home after miles of walking and relax in the hot tub.

We have stayed in many rentals throughout the years and this by far was the cleanest and prepared. We honestly can't think of any negative (the neighborhood withstanding). Everything was perfect...COLD air during a extremely hot heatwave in D.C. (104 degrees one day). Comfy beds, pleanty of pillows and towels...very comfy sectional couch, kitchen amentaties and of the course the best hot tub we have been in..and we ALWAYS rent houese with hot tubs. Was fantastic to soak our sore bodies in after walking around so much in D.C. House has a cool style....the owner thought of everything to make this a great property. Too bad the neighbordhood seems a little rough. We heard fireworks a lot and a few times the neighbors yelled at their little kids so loud you can hear it through the walls and some people seemed unruly in the neighborhood...but not often and not a big deal in the grand scheme of things (the actual street was quiet and we never felt unsafe). There is a bus stop within minutes...and we took it in the city every morning...but elected to Uber home from our final spot of the day because thay are so slow and we wer exhausted. Overall...GREAT home and we had a fantastic vacation.

This home has an excellent hot tub with massaging jets and right next to a huge TV. There's lots of games to entertain. Beds are comfy. We had a great time staying here

The home was beautiful and well stocked with essentials. It was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows were available. There is a bus stop at the end of the road so we road the bus everyday to the metro station where we would then ride the metro into downtown to see the sites. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but no one bothered us and we didn’t have any problems. Upon talking to some locals on the metro they said that the area we were in wasn’t bad. At the end of the day, it was nice for us to come back and end the day in the hot tub.
