We were a party of 5 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We all had our own bed which was a plus. The location was pretty central to everywhere we wantes to be. In town for a conference at the convention center which was about a 10 minute drive. Its alot of stairs if tou have lots of luggge. While we were in D.C. the weather was in the 90s which cause thed upstairs bedrooms to be very hot. They never cooled down like we slept on top of the bedding. Other than the heat the place was very clean.

Pleasantly surprised!

I haven’t been real impressed with some of the Vrbo homes but this was a real gem! Nice, clean and well stocked. Very helpful owner, easy to talk to. As a group of older couples, a main floor bathroom would have worked better, but all in all, very satisfied. Would recommend highly!

Nice home for large group

We were two families, with a total of 7 people, 4 adults and three younger teens. This home was perfect to allow everyone to have personal space with the five beds. The main floor was perfect for hanging out, meals, and playing games. The neighborhood was good. The surrounding homes were well kept and quiet. It is about a 20 minute walk to the closest Metro station and/or Union Market. This area of DC is in the process of urban renewal and has a cool vibe. The hosts were responsive and the listing is accurate for the property.

Great stay at the Grey House

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Grey House on our DC trip. The house is in great shape - we had plenty of room to spread out and relax in. Parking is on the street and we were always able to find a spot. Be prepared to parallel park - my skills improved as the week went on. Most days we took the 20 minute walk to the closest Metro station to take the train down to the Mall. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely book again!

This was excellent!

My family of 11 stayed there and it was excellent! We were always able to grab a parking spot out front, the house had 3 floors, bathroom on 1st and 3rd. We all were able to have hot showers, a place at the table and we enjoyed a lot of laughs! Highly recommend!

Great DC Home for the family

Very nice place in DC, accommodated our large family nicely with everyone having their own space along with nice common areas and fully equipped kitchen. Short walk to Union market and H-street night life, both which were awesome. Parking on the street was never a problem. Loved taking a short drive to the tourist spots -- early morning walks on the mall, late night tour of the monuments. This place is good for those that like to stay in the city rather than the suburbs.

Before our arrival I had several questions & my emails to the property owner were answered VERY promptly. Property was really clean, within one mile walk of METRO station, or reasonably priced Lyft rides.

Long weekend

I had a large group of people stay here for the A10 conference tournament and this was the best place for us! The lay out is perfect for sleeping arrangements. We had an amazing experience here. There is a noise reader, so you cannot be super loud from a certain time of the night, but it’s not unreasonable. This was a great vacation spot for friends!

Amazing home, plenty of space, close to Public Transportation

My family of four and our friends (family of 3) had a fantastic time. Lovely home with everything we needed and close to public transportation to get to all the attractions we were there to see. Great lil backyard area and we loved the downstairs space as it gave us privacy from the rest of our group.

Girl Scout trip

We visited DC with our Girl Scout troop and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for our small troop. We had 12 people and fit nicely. The basement was great, like a mini apartment with bathroom, two beds, a fridge, and door to the back yard. The location was great with about a 20 minute walk to the metro which we rode everywhere. The property manager/owner was quickly responsive to questions I had before our trip. Would recommend this place for anyone!

Absolutely Lovely

The location is less than 10 miles from downtown DC and the National Mall. The house is very well appointed. It has all the necessities and then some. Very spacious and can easily accommodate 10 or more. We didn't have any problems with parking directly in front of the house Sat - Tue. This is the city so there is street noise and be aware of your surroundings at night. The neighbors were friendly and very polite. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice place

The property is well maintained. Great place to stay for a short drive to see all of the sites DC has to offer. Check in and check out process was easy and convenient. Kitchen had what we needed to make evening meals when we needed. On street parking was plentiful with us being able to park right in front of the front door when we came back each time, which was great! Definitely would not hesitate to stay at this place again if we make it back to the DC area.

Perfect House for Siteseeing

Our group of 10 really enjoyed their stay at Elijah's clean and comfortable house. The kitchen really fit our needs as we ate most of our meals in house. We would definitely rent again to tour D.C.

Great accomodations for a large family

This was our first time not staying at a hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The residence was clean, well appointed and roomy. The owners happily answered questions with a quick response time. All features within the home were in great working condition and check In was easy.

Elijah made our stay stress-free and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The home is updated and clean. Everyone enjoyed our time immensely. Having the back courtyard was lovely both in the morning for coffee and in the evenings for wine. Thank you, Elijah!

There was just the right amount of helpful items in the kitchen. The bed's were full size, not queen. Nice and clean house, bring a few extra blankets though!
