El hotel esta súper solo que el servicio no cumpla
El hotel tenía que darme un tiempo de comida page una reservación, y la verdad no recibe nada de comida y luego me cobraron otros 30 dólares de mas por si íbamos hacer una cosa o tachar pared por eso me quitaron 30 dólares, y me dijeron que me iban a devolver mi 30 dólares, y cuando salí del hotel no me dieron nada ósea que perdí eso 30 dólares no es mucho pero no es justo dicen que iban devolver y la verdad no devuelvan el dinero así no está bien, los cuartos si están bien no lo niego están limpios los cuartos , solo que no son de palabra los que nos atiendan.

La atención de la recepcionista de la mañana del día jueves 24 terrible tiene que hacer un curso de atención al cliente. El personal del desayuno excelente al igual que las otras personas que trabajan en el hotel. Los alrededores muy inseguros no se puede caminar es mejor tomar un medio de transporte para salir del hotel las habitaciones limpias aunque el microondas estaba sucio

The all-in-general experience at the hotel was good. Front desk personnel and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed and bathroom were comfortable. However, the rooms lacked a good closet and a place to put our luggage.

El establecimiento excepcional. Deberían considerar la tarifa de parking a sus huéspedes o dejar saber que no está incluido y debe pagarse valet parking e informar el precio. Por otra parte no hay nada por que quejarnos.

El ambiente q rodea el edificio es inseguro para salir de noche. No limpiaron la habitación, tuve que pedir toallas, papel higiénico y vasos de café. No tenía nevera en la habitación, tuve que solicitar una. No proveyeron sobres de café en la habitación. El peronal de recepción algunos muy agradables, otros poco agradables. No tenían la información para llegar a los museos, nos dijeron que utikizáramos el GPS del celular. El último día vi que sí tenían información para tomar el autobús. Una experiencia poco satisfactoria.

En aspecto el hotel tiene 10/10. En localización es la perfecta, cerca de la estación del metro, y de los diferentes monumentos. No se puede pedir mejor ubicación. El servicio al cliente muy bueno, la comodidad de la habitación es increíble. El protocolo de COVID-19 muy bien ejecutado, desde la entrada al hotel. Creo que pueden mejorar con la entrega del desayuno. Es uno muy pobre, con aspecto poco apetecible. Pero por todo lo demás estuvo bien.

Amazing!
Nos hospedamos en este hotel un fin de semana y nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas y el servicio excelente. El staff muy amable todo el tiempo y muy serviciales. Lo mejor de todo es que el hotel es bien centrico y puedes ir caminando a varios lugares de interés. Definitivamente regresaría.

The room did not have a micro-fridge or anything to that nature. The ice machine was on a totally different level if we wanted to use that. Also, the only microwave available was down the hall. Not convenient at all!!!

Lovely hotel - very helpful staff, particularly Deann at the front desk. Nice breakfast, including hot food, unusual for a US hotel. Also, excellent downtown DC location - walking distance to Penn Ave, the Capitol, Mall, museums, and lots of restaurants.
