Great for families!

This house is perfect for families! The secret room was a big hit with our boys(5&8) Plenty of toys to play with in the house and a few in the back yard. We were worried about the driveway fitting cars but we fit a Pacifica and a Ford Edge without a problem. The walk to the Metro station was easy. Nice restaurants and a smaller Whole Foods and Target for anything you needed. The rooftop deck was nice but there wasn’t a table or anything it looks like it was in the middle of a refresh. The house is on the smaller side but it was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there. In-laws stayed in the basement and the bunk beds upstairs for the kids was perfect. We did have 2 nights with some late night noise from the neighbors to the East. I think it was a one off thing with their parents possibly out of town and they had friends over. One night they quieted down when I walked over and talked to them but the next we just let the police handle it with the non emergency number. They apologized the next morning and we had no problems after that.

Misled

While this property was fine for me and one of my friends I found it no so for another friend. We we led to believe there were five beds in this house. We found only a king in one bedroom and a day bed in another. What was listed as a bed can hardly be experienced as one. Sofas and floor pallets should not be listed as beds. The inside of the house was clean and in good condition but the outside left much to be desired and was really not available for use. The rooftop deck has been taken over by vines and was not prepared for use as was the same for outdoor patios. Needless to say we will not be staying at this property again. To any who are viewing the pics online, just know they are misleading.

Good visit

The 4 day visit I had with an ill friend was good. The house was ideal except for the mattress in the master bedroom. It slumped on one side. The location is superb, easy walking distance to a Whole Foods, Target, Metro, and several restaurants and fast food outlets. With a new mattress I hope to return.

Great location

House is in a great neighborhood and is very well equipped. Very close to Whole Foods, Target, Metro, Wisconsin Ave and Conn. Ave. The second floor has the bedroom with the king bed, bedroom with a crib and a full bath. The second full bathroom is in the basement level. The house is very clean and the management response is excellent. Quiet and pretty neighborhood. The dining room table and chairs are a bit creaky! Great outdoor space.

Amazing place for small kids!

I stayed here over father's day weekend with my dad (late 60s), my husband, and our two small kids (2.5 years and 4 months). The house was incredibly well equipped for small kids. So many of the things we travel with were already there! There were safe places for the kids to sleep, gates for the stairs, a stroller, kid sized dishes, even bath toys. If you have kids under 3, this place is amazing.
