We had a wonderful stay in Georgetown. The space was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was incredibly convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great restaurants and stores. The host was extremely responsive and communicative, which made the entire experience seamless. It worked perfectly for all of our needs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such an adorable place with the friendliest, communicative, helpful host! Feels like home. Great, quaint Georgetown location- however, parking can be difficult. It’s been a while since I’ve been in DC proper so I had forgotten about that little hurdle!That being said, I’d 100% stay there again- the best host! Thank you, Cherie!

The house is beautiful in a great location. Older lovely residential area with the houses having a historic feel. It is blocks away from a huge park with walks, creeks, and flowers. About eight blocks away is a well stocked Trader Joe’s and Safeway. We also found small local speciality markets, retail and restaurants all within walking distant. I do walk with a cane so we used uber to go to see the sights which worked well for door to door service to museums, historical sights, etc. The kitchen had everything you needed. The host is AWESOME and answered my many questions patiently and promptly. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this one is top notch. High marks all around.

Cherie was a wonderful host. We had plenty of helpful info pre arrival and during our stay. She was always prompt answering text questions. Her home is lovely and clean. It is in fabulous Georgetown where we spent several evening just walking through the beautiful historic neighborhood. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room. Cherie had secured a parking permit for us so we parked right out front all week and took Ubers to go into the Mall area for touring. So convenient. We highly recommend renting this home.

Cozy Georgetown Retreat

Lovely home in a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to restaurants, attractions. We walked everywhere but it would have been easy to get Uber/Lyft. Cherie was very easy to communicate with, promptly responded to questions.

Girls weekend

Cherie was a great host. loved the house! so much character! the living space is great with a beautiful sunroom, comfortable furniture in both the living rooms and the sunroom! kitchen is small but has everything you need! the bedrooms were perfect with super comfy beds and linens. The neighborhood is gorgeous and soo convenient to shopping, restaurants and the riverwalk along the Potomac! very walkable - never left our parking spot which is provided by Cherie's permit. we are planning our next stay in the October!!! Do not hesitate to book!

Great location, great space

Absolutely loved our stay. Two friends and I were in town for the Marine Corps Marathon. The space was fantastic. So comfortable, we each had our own bedroom, and there was a full bathroom upstairs by the bedrooms and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There was plenty of space, a nice backyard and even a windowed sitting room before you get outdoors. Neighborhood was conveniently located and yet very quiet. Loved it, and would stay here again.

A wonderful week in Georgetown and DC. Cherie’s home and attention to detail made our week absolutely perfect The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and parks. Located on a quiet street and surrounded by beautiful architecture and landscape this home is top rate inside and out Great attention to detail and Comfort for the guests is obvious and there are many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return.

Beautiful home away from home

This charming house is everything. Close to buses and trains and totally walkable to a deli, grocers, liquor store and all that the main hub had to offer. We loved our stay and in record heat we could keep the house cool. The area is beautiful and quiet and we walked the streets home in the evenings feeling totally safe. Shower has good pressure, tub style with a great curtain arrangement, kitchen had everything we needed, beds towels and linen were all pristine and comfy. It was too hot for us to use but the outdoor space and conservatory is a real plus.

As advertised

This property is just as advertised. We were concerned about only one bathroom, but because it is a hall bath, and not in the master bedroom it worked out well for us. We took away one star because we were forced to buy completely overpriced insurance. But we would stay here again!

Cherie is a wonderful host! The house is in a great location. Easy walk into Georgetown. Parking can be tight but no issues parking by Tudor Place nearby. Will definitley return.

The home is lovingly maintained and beautifully decorated with attention to detail for the comfort of the guests. The home is clean and has everything one needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has lovely indoor and outdoor space. The location is perfect within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Georgetown. Communication with check in and check out - responsive and easy.
