This place is amazing..

Honestly this is one of the best places we have ever stayed, excellent location, great communication, amazing apartment with really comfy beds and a welcome gift back that after being rerouted to Virginia on our flight making us hours late, was so welcomed. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Curated & functional perfection

This is a wonderful place to stay in D.C. Beautiful, safe neighborhood, walking distance to the metro. The house itself is beautifully curated, updated, and extremely comfortable and functional. We loved staying here and would love to do so again.

We were a reunion party of 3 childhood friends. We really appreciated the extra twin bed in the 2nd bedroom so no one had to double up. We also liked that it is a property occupied by owner a few months of the year, so the kitchen is extraordinarily well-stocked. It's a beautiful, comfortable and very new apartment. The host was wonderful explaining every detail of the apartment. We will stay here again next year with pleasure!

Comfortable and cozy

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy apartment in Capitol Hill. There were 3 adults and we were very comfortable with plenty of room to relax. Beds and bathroom very clean and kitchen was so cute with everything we needed. Cindy, our host, was very helpful. We would stay here again!

Great DC location!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. Cindy was a very accommodating and responsive host. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our DC stay. It was an easy walk to the metro and several sights and restaurants. We also felt very safe with our children in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

very modern kitchen with everything we needed. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with shopping, groceries and restaurants near by. The Metro is only a few blocks away, which is very convenient for getting around DC. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio table in front of the townhouse. There is no assigned parking but you do have a parking permit for the street parking. Our girls group really enjoyed this apartment. very clean and comfortable.

Great Capitol Hill Stay

Cindy was a wonderful host. This place turned out to be perfect for a 5 night stay. The apartment is very well maintained with excellent amenities and you can't beat the location. We highly recommend it.

DC Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and restful after a day of heat and walking. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to hang out. The milk, OJ and english muffins were greatly appreciated.

A Great Stay in Capitol Hill

This apartment was perfect for our family spring break trip! Nicely furnished, comfortable and clean the apartment is in a great neighborhood for families. It’s within walking distance to the Capitol, Eastern Market, Trader Joe’s and 2 Metro stations. Highly recommend!
