Lugar prolijo y cómodo. Edificio tranquilo. Lo único malo de la estadia fue q kas computadoras no anduvieron todo el finde semana. Se descompuso kas computadoras el viernes 1 de marzo y hasta el lunes no las habian reparado. Una verguenza dado el niveln de hotel y ka necesidad de concetarse para imprimir vouchers entradas o tickets aereos

La primera noche que fuimos no hubo agua caliente y despues de que llame al lobby se demoraron 4 horas en arreglar y de los tres dias que estuvimos ahi no hubo piscina y yo estuve con mis hijos pequenos. Y una nina autista.

Gracias por sus comentarios. Lamentamos las inconveniencias con el agua y la pisina. Estos no son problemas que tenemos amenudo pero cuando se presentan tratamos de areglarlos de urgencia.

Estancia ok
Mi estancia fue buena a pocas calles del estadio de nationals servicio bueno solo algunos detallitos y el servicio de comida muy costoso para ser un desayuno recomiendo busquen otras opciones alrededor de ahí.

In the early morning, somebody knock the door, that for the next door, always can hear the slamming the door, so noisy. One night, hot water did not run a whole. Shower head can not be set what I want to use

This location is wonderful for a visit to DC. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area to choose from. There is a grocery store near if you need/want to pick up anything. The metro is right next door and there were plenty of Lyft and Uber available. Comfy and clean rooms. Only issue we had was getting our car at the end of our stay. We self-parked when we arrived, but received a valet ticket and left our keys with the attendant. We were told to just call when we wanted our car and give the ticket number. In other hotels, the car was delivered to the front and the keys were handed to us. After waiting for 20 minutes today, we finally figured out that the car "was ready" but we still had to go get it. Suggest that folks who park their car at/with the hotel get clear directions on this.

We stayed here for a baseball game and loved it! Walking distance to the stadium and lots of bars. Clean and big room, nice staff, easy use of parking garage. Great choice!

Very friendly staff. Pool was a bit cold. Valet parking was convenient but hard to reach to get car. Room was excellent , views great and proximity to DC events also great.

It is a nice hotel with quiet area and nice restaurants around. The metro station is around the corner. The service at the hotel is very good, nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

It is in a great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed directions and helped quite a bit. Rooms are comfortable.

The property was conveniently located and within walking distance of several restaurants. The salon on the ground floor created a strong, unpleasant odor for that floor.

Service is not great, hotel is good
Was a somewhat odd hotel. We checked in at around 8:00. It took 15 minutes for someone to come out to check us in, a separate worker was there and refused to let us use the restroom even though we were waiting to get checked in. After waiting the front desk agent came out wearing AirPods. Also the next morning the fire alarm went off for about a minute. We called the front desk to see what was going on and they simply said they were unsure. The place was clean and comfy but I certainly will stay somewhere else next time I’m in DC.

Well needed
My kids & I enjoyed our much needed getaway at the Courtyard. Although, we reside in the district, life challenges have been exhausting. We enjoyed the gym on Christmas & they enjoyed the pool Christmas Day in the evening. Our room including the bathroom was cleaned. Fresh linen on our beds. The housekeepers were professional & personable but not overwhelming. Every one at the front desk during our stay Eric, Bryan, the female manager Christmas Eve & the young lady Christmas night provided outstanding customer service. No attitudes, assisted quickly. My daughter locked her broke phone in the safe & an engineer came within 10 mins of the issue. I truly appreciate it. The hotel was quiet, no kids running in the hall, no loud neighbors just the peace & love we needed during our holiday mental break! I found easy parking. However, I wasn’t feeling the price of parking per night but I get it. Thank you Courtyard!

Great location, very clean and up to date interior. Comfortable bed, effective curtains. My room had an inward facing window, so very quiet. The only complaint was that housekeeping did not come even once during my 6-night stay.

This is a lovely and often affordable hotel not too far from all the government buildings that I have to visit. They serve a small quantity of food round the lobby but it's always very tasty
