    The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The third bedroom is a small den with a twin sleeper sofa.

    Guests have access to Netflix, Pluto TV. Listen to your favorite music through the blue tooth speakers in each room.

    Located walking distance to H St where you will find multiple restaurants and a vibrant nightlife.

    Union Market- a gourmet food hall- is about 5 minutes away.

    Union Station where you have access to the metro and Amtrak is about 10 minutes away.

    The DC street car- which travels along H Street can take you to Union Station - is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

    There are six security cameras on the property in the common areas. One at the front door, one in the foyer before entering the apartments and one in the rear of the house.

This house was a perfect in town base for us to gather with friends and attend two concerts at The Anthem. The bedrooms are super quiet and the house had everything we needed! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful property, convenient location

We loved staying at this property! It was perfect for our family of 5. The host was extremely helpful and added all sorts of nice extras to our stay. The property is super close to the (free) street car, which takes you to Union Station so it was easy to get to anywhere in the city via public transportation.

The stay was just perfect for a home base in DC. We where in town for business meetings with politicians. Easy access to the capital, restaurants, monuments, and museums in-between meetings.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful stay. The house had great space, the parking pad was awesome. Stephanie had a lot of little personal touches around to make everything top notch. Games, hand soap, shampoo, snacks, drinks, chocolates! The place is just outside of downtown, easy to get to and nice to get away at the end of the day.

Spring Break Visit

Our family of five, plus a granny, had a lovely stay! We had no problems getting around via Uber, street car, or metro. We ordered a couple dinners in from neighborhood restaurants, which were great. We would stay here again for sure, Stephanie is an easy to reach host who made sure we had all we need.

We came to town to do all things DC and the property was perfect! We were 10 minutes by car for most everything. We parked and Ubered everyplace. Our host was very helpful and attentive!

Our stay was wonderful-Stephanie (the host) thought of EVERYTHING! Snacks were available when we arrived and the coffee selection was great! Communication with her was very good-prompt responses with detailed information. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The location was walkable to many restaurants and points of interest. Highly recommend booking this place.

Excellent!!

Perfect place to stay! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed to cook a few meals in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Very short walk to the Street car that stopped at Union Station. Host checked in with us through the app. Would definitely recommend this property.

Quick trip to DC with family

The apartment itself was great. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downfall to this property was the location. It is not in the best part of town which made me anxious. If was staying here alone I would not be comfortable at all.

My partner and I stayed here with our 12 year old niece, Izzy. We had a great time, the place was perfect, great walking neighborhood and convenient. I wish we were a little closer to the Metro but fun diverse and energetic neighborhood! Thank you!

Great apartment, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The residence is in a great neighborhood, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee and bars. It's a little ways (about a mile) from the nearest metro, but the H street trolley is close by and takes you right up to Union Station. The communication with the owner, Stephanie, was fantastic, and she was super helpful! Definitely recommend this residence!

City trip

The apartment is thoughtfully designed and in a quiet neighborhood. The (free) DC Streetcar is just a 3 minutes walk away and gets you to Union Station within 15-20 minutes from where you can walk to the museums, etc.

Amazing Stay!

Stephanie's home is wonderful -- extremely clean, tastefully updated, spacious, and located in an area that is close to just about everything. We even had our own parking spot. We felt like we were home away from home. She is highly responsive and even left some goodies for us for the holiday. We would definitely stay in her place again. Highly recommended!

Visit to the Nations Capitol

The visit to the National Monuments and Museums was a wonderful experience. The home we rented was everything that we hoped for. Our host Stephanie was wonderful and definitely has pride in keeping her VRBO property in excellent condition. If we ever make it back to this part of the country I would not hesitate to stay here again. Oh, the nice box of Ghirardelli chocolates was a nice treat as well.

Great house and location!

I stayed here with my family and it was a great experience! The house is exactly as advertised. We did not have a car and were able to get to all the museums and monuments via public transportation. Stephanie was constantly checking in with us to ensure everything was going well.

Great place for a family of five, right close to all the attractions!

This place was a great find, and a good price for our family of five for a long weekend trip to DC. Everything was just as promised in the description, and the dedicated parking spot was a huge convenience getting little people and belongings in and out of the car each day. Stephanie was really great with communication before and during our trip. Five stars all the way!

Great place with lots of fancy touches

The house was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check in process was very easy. Stephanie was great to work with. We stayed with 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The place isn’t too far from Union Station and we used public transportation a lot. I loved the shower with 3 shower heads— it felt very fancy.
