My trip to DC had me out all day in several different areas of DC, so I really didn’t have a chance to spend time enjoying the areas, but my days were full and it was really nice to come back to a clean, updated private home, which allowed me to rejuvenate, unwind and get ready for the next day.

Great location and perfect for our family of four. We are within easy walking distance of the Foggy Bottom metro station and, if you want to get your steps in, the White House and National Mall. Definitely recommend arranging parking through the owner. We did that and found street parking right in front of the building without any problems. The owner is super responsive and was extremely attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the DC area.

Just over the line into Georgetown, great location. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and places to grab a cocktail. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Parking was not a big deal, we were able to unload easily and park just 2 blocks away. Didn’t need a car at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was quick to respond if we had questions. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Great location in Georgetown. A short walk to shops and restaurants just a few block away and about a 10 minute walk to hop on the metro. Would love to stay here again when we venture back to DC!

Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Full length mirrors in both bedrooms and excellent lighting meant that one bathroom worked even for two adults traveling together.The location was perfect for our trip, which was about both Georgetown and the standard Washington tourist fare. Hosts were incredibly responsive and open to suggestions to make this place even better.Perfect for our needs!

Gorgeous spot in great location.

We were so happy to stay at this great spot. The apartment was gorgeous, updated and in an amazing location. We were visiting our niece at Georgetown and so glad to be in walking distance from all of the shops, restaurants and the university.

The location is unbeatable. At the edge of Georgetown. Restaurants and cafés all around. Modern place with state of the art Appliances, bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Very spacious living/dinning room.

Great Long Weekend

Property was immaculately maintained and clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. Near restaurants, 2 playgrounds nearby with nice equipment for children of all ages.Safe neighborhood and street parking was readily available.Will definitely book again for next trip to DC!

This property is amazing. Let me count the ways:1. Location!! You can’t do better whether you are in D.C. for business, at Georgetown for University based needs or at George Washington. Everything is located within walking distance. TONS of restaurants and retail right outside the door, yet just off the busy streets enough to be so peaceful and quiet.2. The Cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Absolutely impeccable! It cannot even be described. Not one grain of sand on the floor.3. Amenities! Everything you need is supplied. All of it. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms and living areas are brand new. There is a top of the line reverse osmosis system installed for drinking water. All toiletries supplied, bedding, two brand new huge smart TV’s to view that have all apps. Amazing! Stay here if you are in D.C.!! You will not be disappointed. One of the nicest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in.

Fantastic little stay. Extremely convenient to many wonderful mom and pop restaurants. If you have a car, allow for a bit of time to find parking, but overall easy to find, especially if you are used to living in the city. The owners were great. Good communication and speedy responses when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to crash for the evenings and just go out for dinner near by after a full day of touring the city!
