"Absolutely adorable and one of the most thoughtful B&B’s we have stayed in! A personal touch around every corner- personal note, welcome on the Tv, music playing, FULL coffee bar, water and snacks included- even shower steamers and make up remover (which was perfect because I forgot mine!) we especially loved the fresh cookies and Blue bell ice cream! (You had Brent at the cookie!) The bed was super comfy too! All the highland cow pictures were definitely helping my campaign to convince Brent...

"We had a very lovely stay here. There were a few small issues such as the filtered water in the refrigerator not working, freezer door didn’t have a handle, and the dresser handles were broken. These weren’t major things. Late at night we were trying to make beds with two pullouts (our two daughters decided they wanted to sleep individually), and we could only find one set of sheets. We looked everywhere! Overall, our stay was great! There were just some hiccups along the way. "

"The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!"

"The New Pecan Hide Out was perfect for our Girl's Trip. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The living room sectional was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. And the beds were very comfortable.The outdoor space was perfect for coffee and a morning chat for planning the day.Kenzie was very responsive before and during our stay. Definitely would stay there again and will recommend if anyone else is looking for a place to stay"
