Large Group Friendly!

We rented this home to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday and it was perfect! The home had plenty of room & seating, and was well stocked with everything we needed! Everything was clean & instructions were clear for our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Excellent stay in College Station

Fantastic getaway close to College Station. We came down for my daughter’s graduation and it fit our needs perfectly. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. The house felt like coming into a family friend’s home-welcoming and relaxing. Being a little way out from all the hustle and bustle was perfect! Would absolutely stay again.

The perfect getaway house near College Station, TX

One of the things I loved about staying at this house was the effective communication with the owner! The house is so beautiful and offers a lot of amenities! They truly make you feel like you’re just one of their own family relative staying in their house. 10/10 would come back and stay at this home again!

Great location for our girls basketball team to rest and hang out in between games.

The host stocked the mini fridge and this was a big hit with our girls! The place was big enough for our team and we had lots of fun spending time here and cooking meals in between their games!

Great country house with nice features

Great 3 bedroom home with all the necessities and some nice surprises to boot. Very simple checkin and great cookies were waiting for us. Lots of sleeping options for guests beyond the 3 main beds. Sonia was very attentive to our needs and is a great host.

Team stay

We brought 11 boys to stare 7 on 7 tournament and this was the ABSOLUTE best place for them. They had so much fun doing all the fun activities available at the house. The owners were so great to work with and we would highly recommend this house to other big groups.

Great House

We had a great time at this house for our two family graduations. Our host left us some amazing cookies at check-in! Plenty of space for our grad party even with a rainy weekend forcing us indoors. We would definitely recommend this location to any of our friends!

Great property for large events, wonderful hosts

I used this property to host a large event for my organization, and it did not disappoint. There is plenty of parking and the backyard provides a secluded space capable of holding lots of people. The house is very nice and we were greeted with balloons and sweets welcoming us to the house. The hosts were very kind and communicative, responding very quickly to messages and helping ensure that our event went well. This was the second time my organization used this property and I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Property & Hospitality

Cozy family home

This home was sweet and comfortable! We booked it for a large group of 15 of us. It was a little tough to have 15 people and 1 bathroom, and 7 of our group slept in beds and 8 of us slept on couches or air mattresses. The host was kind and left us cookies.

Great space for relaxing and hanging out with friends!

Communication was excellent. The house was very clean, quiet, and also convenient to where we were hunting at Walton Ranch. Easy drive to CS or Navasota for anything. We would definitely stay again!
