"I felt the property was overpriced for condition of home and outdoor areas plus beds were not made or linens provided (property manager did bring us linens and took care of immediate need). I like the location and the home is well stocked. Dogs are allowed and it is a safe area for them which was perfect for us. other than the price it was perfect for what we needed. Thank you"

"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."

"This home was perfect for our family gathering. There were 6 of us-2 couples, 2 singles and my dog. The space was very comfortable - comfy beds with great sheets. The place was very well appointed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and there are many puzzles. Oh, and the view is fantastic."

"Like others have said, small but cozy, large yard with firepit and covered back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Love the private trail to the beach. Grandson absolutely loved the bunnies. Nice it had the a RV hook up, my kids just got a new one and wanted to be able to stay also.
