This stay was not as advertised. The unit was not clean, furniture was in poor condition and did not match the listing photos, and Wi Fi access was not provided despite being a key reason we booked. We were unable to reach anyone for help during our stay and were even directed to the wrong management company listed inside the unit. Communication only came after checkout. When we finally spoke with Ms. Cruz Ignacio, she was unresponsive, stated she was too busy to address the issue, and was ultimately rude and hung up during a call. Overall, a very frustrating experience and poorly managed.

This is posted on the wall to call if you need help which we did. But this is the old vacation management company. They have nothing to do with this, but the new vacation management commpany didn’t change it so no way to get a hold of them

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway this weekend. The information about arrival ahead of the trip was great, and the check-in process was very detailed. That assured a really quick and easy arrival. The condo itself was very comfortable and well-appointed. It had everything anyone might need in the very nice kitchen. The king bed was really comfortable, and surprisingly, the sofa bed was comfortable as well. Location was great! Close to seaside but without the crowds. The view from the living area was beautiful - just like the photos. The path to the beach was right at the end of the condo and a just a short walk to the wide sandy beach. Would definitely return!

We stayed here for 3nights in late September. We liked the place a lot it was cozy and warm while it was windy and rainy outside. The kitchen as well as the whole apartment is exceptionally well stuffed. Beds were excellent too. We would definitely rent here again.

Very cute but layout of kitchen amenities was awkward. Kitchen island is reversed, making cooking and serving kind of clumsy. I get that they were trying to maximize the view, but it's so big and stools are placed 2 -3 feet from stove. Coffee maker in a dark cubby, 12 feet from the sink, had to pull it out to add coffee and water, then no light to see what you're doing. Tvs were both a mess. Cable tech came over and HE couldn't figure it out and said instructions left by owner made no sense. The place IS ideally located, a two minutes walk to the beach. Walls are thin. Heard screaming kid next door every morning at 5:30 am. BUT, It was clean, and nicely appointed. A really great deal for the minor inconveniences.

Quiet and clean with a nice short walk to the beach over a grassy/sandy knoll. Cars on the beach surprised us but only had to walk a short distance south to get away from the vehicles.

short trip on a long beach

Weather was perfect. The condo was small and the fireplace wall is at an angle all the way through apt but didn't affect overall comfort. The place was stocked well as far as dishes/pots/pans/silverware and glasses but everything was filmy and needed to be washed before using. Had good beach view at angle but you are close to beach path. The worst to be said is the bed, too soft and saggy and the slats kept coming off side rails. Couldn't use the drawers in bed as 2 top one are blocked by bedstands and other 2 had bedding in them. All in all was decent place to stay.

Quiet with beach view (when the fog has lifted)

Good stay. Can't blame the chilly, foggy conditions (in July) on the property. Had an issue (or 2) with the bed. It is supported by slats holding up the mattress and the slats kept sliding out of place on one side of the bed, causing a significant droop. Didn't figure it out until after a couple of nights as just thought it was a mattress problem. The mattress is very soft, too soft, as in needs replacement. Left a message on Vacasa voice mail.

adequate! I'd expected to have a few more complementary things, such as coffee and cooking oil. A second chair would have been helpful when the couch was needed for a bed. Both beds were very comfortable. It would have been helpful to have had TV and equipment usage guides.

Cozy, clean, with an ocean view

We loved our stay at this cozy little condo. It was clean and quiet and within a few miles to restaurants and stores. A short walk down the path through the dune grass and your on the beach. We would definitely love to return.

Quiet , nice. Enjotyment

Very clean ,well equipped unit . We stayed during the week and there were only a few other people. We had troubles turning on the television in the living room , but we called property and they fixed it while we were gone. The bed has slats in the frame that were pushed out of place, but Barbara discovered the problem and fixed it. A couple of wood screws would permanently fix the problem.

Nice little place

It was a cute little place for the price. I felt it was a little under-equipped as far as necessities are concerned. For example - only two, raggedy old, dishtowels available in the kitchen? Other, similar items either not enough or lacking completely.

Great condo just north of Seaside, OR

We loved our Surfside condo. The location was great! It was just a stone throw to the beach west of the condo and a stones throw to the golf course East of the condo! We loved the king size bed! The living area and kitchen were very spacious and comfortable! The condo was also close to Seaside and Cannon Beach. We look forward to coming back!
