The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped, and the unit met expectations from a physical standpoint.The problems arose entirely with the local management company. Communication was poor throughout and worsened after checkout. Multiple calls went unanswered, and repeated assurances that someone would call back were not honored. Nearly a week after checkout, the only response was a text message—despite explicit promises of a phone call.That response did not even accurately describe the lost item, which underscored a broader breakdown in handling the issue from the start. What should have been a simple, routine follow-up was mishandled at every step.This feedback is offered for the owner’s benefit. The unit itself has real strengths, but the current management’s lack of responsiveness and attention to basic guest concerns materially detracts from the experience. With better management oversight, this could easily be a higher-rated stay.
