Overall, not a bad place but the Staff was non existent and its always helpful to have someone to assist you when you're in a new place. Check in was not as smooth as it should have been, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. 3.5 stars overall.

The old man in the reception was rude and without patience when we arrived. In other situation was really rude to explain and talk with me and my kids.

Lakefront 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Retreat with Beach and Dock
House was very nice. Kevin was a great host.It was a very enjoyable experience.

This was the perfect little getaway. This cozy home is close to all the things we like to do in New Hampshire. I love having morning coffee and looking out at the water. Anna and Tony are friendly and gracious hosts. Would recommend and would stay again.

we would book it again for next year but it was sold out already loved it!
