The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. "Lovely clean modern house, although it’s sleeps six it’s really only comfortable for four, the seating downstairs is not adequate for six but comfortable for four, the house is very reasonably priced and good location, could use a towel rail or ring in the downstairs cloakroom and would benefit from toilet roll holder, easy check in and check out."
