"We rented this place for some friends that were visiting from out of town. The location is convenient to MTSU and the Square but not as close to the interstate, if you're planning to travel back and forth to Nashville during your stay. The place was very clean and comfortable for a family of five with 3 young boys."

"The property was clean and well maintained and updated. The beds were comfortable and the trundles added extra sleeping options. The kitchen and coffee bar were stocked and linens and supplies were all provided and very helpful to have during our short stay. "The house was very nice, much better than a hotel room. I would like to suggest some safety bars and a non-skid mat for the shower floor in the hall bath. We enjoyed that each room had a tv, that was nice. The kitchen was well supplied with good appliances. The washing machine would not work, we could not wash anything. That is all, thanks"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Any questions I had were answered quickly. This is an older house but has been updated. Floors were a little creaky but that didn't bother our group. The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in was really easy, everything was clean and orderly. It had great bathrooms, tall ceilings, big windows and off Street parking. The kitchen had utensils, silverware, easy to use dishwasher coffee machine espresso machine teapot hole nine yards. Stove worked dead pots and pans spices in the cabinet easy squeezy lemon peasy. The neighborhood was quiet the air conditioning worked well and there were multiple areas for friends to hang out and gather. Also supplied were reading material...

"We were in Murfreesboro for the MLS Next Cup and found this house in advance. It was ideal for what we needed. Easy to access, A/C worked great, WIFI worked great, kitchen was small but worked great for our family.It is definitely an older home (built in the 50s) so don't expect new build quality but it has lots of character with more modern furnishings. It is listed as 3 bedrooms but note that the third bedroom is really an air mattress in either the TV room or the room near the front door so...
