"From the reviews it looked like it would be a cute little place for a quick weekend away. Once we arrived we had to clean the firepit out of cardboard and other stuff. The back of the bus where the bed is does not lock so security is not a guarantee. The outdoor shower and indoor shower were both freezing cold, no hot water. "We were in the area for riding the sand dunes and had a trailer with a sxs. The photos do not show a fence along the front of the property so we unloaded our machine parked it in yard and then unhooked trailer and pushed it into yard. There is a property with a camper across the driveway makes maneuvering a little tight. These are just FYI’s not complaints. "The house is just beautiful - comfortable and clean, with plenty of room. We loved the fenced yard for my sister's dog, and the gate at the top of the basement stairs was fantastic for keeping her separated from my cat. (I imagine it'd be convenient for kids, too. ) Nice and close to downtown Ludington, where my nephew's wedding venue was. Easy check in, and the easiest check out I've ever had at a rental. 100% recommend - one of the best places I've ever stayed, and a really great first VRBO...
