Fairway Villas Waikoloa G31-Top Floor Villa w/loft and 2026 Hilton Pool Pass!

Aloha and Welcome to our 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with a loft villa located at the Fairway Villas Waikoloa. We are located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Island of Hawaii. You can explore our Island of Hawaii, beaches, waterfalls, coffee farms, Mauna Kea snow-capped mountain to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where you can see how active Kilauea volcano is.

This quite top floor villa has enough room for a family of 6. Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor and walk into our spacious villa. When you first enter the villa, you have a fully stocked kitchen, large pantry and a washer/dryer for your use. Next to kitchen is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a full guest bathroom next to it. You have an open dining room that seats 6 and living room with high ceilings. Living room has a large flat screen tv and walk out to a private lanai with seating for 4 that overlooks the golf greens. Off of the living room is the master suite with a New large king size bed, walk in closet and a Newly renovated large master bathroom with a large dual walk-in shower.

Back next to guest bedroom is a staircase that goes up to the loft. The loft has 2 twin beds and an office desk and chair for a working vacation. Unit has free secured WIFI and Spectrum cable tv. You have a garage to park in, and it also contains beach gear for your vacation. Fairway Villas also has visitor stalls to use for your 2nd vehicle.

The Fairway Villas is a gated private development located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Beautifully maintained, large pool, BBQ area and a ON SITE FITNESS CENTER for guest to use only. You are in walking distance to shop, grab coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries, and a movie at The King Shops and The Queens Marketplace. You are also a short walk to Anahehoomalu Bay (or A-Bay) which is a beautiful white sand beach to spend the day.

Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of Kohala Coast Properties Inc. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at this participating Kohala Coast Properties Inc. vacation rental property. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
