AMAZING LOCATION AND VIEWS

Loved staying here, it was a beautiful condo and the space was amazing!! We loved everything about it. It was close to almost everything that we wanted to do. The grounds are so pretty and having coffee out on the patio every morning was perfect. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

The rental is in a great location. Across the street from an awesome food market but still private. Comfortable beds. Well supplied kitchen. Hilton pool pass is a bonus if you want to stay close for a day.

Wonderful Christmas stay

This is our third time staying in this unit and we enjoy the amenities, beach equipment, and the lovely decor and the fruit basket upon arrival was a nice touch. Dealing with the owners has always been a positive experience. Hope to be back again.

We loved the J4 unit - Very Spacious. It was pack full of amenities which sweetened our stay even more. It was clean - and very comfortable and it gave us a warm welcome throughout our stay.

Stunning apartment

The Waikoloa apartment we stayed at was absolutely perfect. It’s a beautiful apartment , tasteful and very spacious. It’s been fitted out extremely generously. Everything one could want is provided. Kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and so much more.. too much to list. It was spotless on our arrival. The garage had all of our beach needs met, chairs , a beach umbrella and more. The position is amazing, you only have to cross the road and you have 2 shopping areas. The gardens / grounds are an absolute splendour. We can’t recommend these apartments more highly. What a home away from home! We just loved our stay. Thank you Michelle for hosting us. We enjoyed your hospitality immensely. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay beautiful unit.

Had a great stay , couldn't ask for better area and property. Everything you need is right there. Golf course is excellent and use of Hilton water park makes everyone happy. Unit had everything we needed very clean . We will be back ..

Waikaloa Dreams

We loved the spacious, well-stocked and ideally-located Waikaloa Villa. We spent lots of time on nearby beaches of champagne sand, loved running across the street to the market for last-minute items, did a lot of grilling on the fancy Viking barbecue, and took nice long drives to other parts of the island knowing we could come back to the hot tub and comfortable beds in the evenings.

This was the PERFECT home for our recent stay on the Big Island. The home was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The amenities in the community were fabulous and the access to the Hilton Waikoloa benefits was a huge bonus! The amount of beach and pool equipment available in the garage made for very happy parents and kids and made it so we did not have to pack or purchase equipment for any activities we did across the island (snorkeling, swimming, hanging on the beach, hiking and picnics). What a dream! I also cannot say enough good things about Michelle! She was so wonderful helping us come up with a plan to access some of the benefits on the day of our arrival and with checking in prior to our arrival and after we left! We will absolutely be back.

The perfect place to stay!

Our stay in the villa was amazing! We loved having coffee on the patio and watching the sun come up. The grounds are so beautifully kept, and the villa is completely stocked with everything you could need. Shopping, restaurants, and the beach are all really close. This made our first trip to Hawaii a real success!

The home is very well appointed and is extremely well organized. We found everything here perfectly decorated, very nicely maintained and the garage is FILLED with everything a family needs. The patio BBQ setup is amazing! Our stay was so easy.

Perfect house for our vacation.

Gorgeous house in the perfect location for our family vacation. This house has everything you need. We especially enjoyed having all the beach gear located in the garage. The kids loved being close to the shopping mall. They also enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Very beautiful well maintained property. We enjoyed our stay so much. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal family home away from home.

Walking into the villa was like walking in to someone’s home. It was so well appointed, equipped and clean. This gated villa was so ideally situated, close to many amenities. Some of our family could be at the beaches, some shopping, some laying at the pool and some just relaxing at the villa. Couldn’t of asked for a better vacation.

Perfect Stay!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Perfect Place For Two Young Families

My family and our best friends family stayed here for a week. 2 couples, a 3 year old, a two year old, and a 4 month old. It was perfect. Very roomy and cozy at the same time. The lanai and outside play area were perfect for the kids- and we all loved the pool. The Hilton Pool Pass day was SUPER FUN too, definitely a highlight of the trip. It’s also good location to many great beaches. I would highly recommend this home!

Paradise Vacation

This is an outstanding property with all the comforts of home. Well presented, exceptionally clean and in a prime location for easy movement around Waikoloa. Particular attention to detail was highlighted by the numerous amenities available for use and the owners thoughtful recommendation of things to do around the area. The golf discount is exceptional and the morning/evening views from the Lanai are outstanding. We are looking forward to returning again.

Location Location Location

We loved our stay at this property. The communication with the owner was excellent. All the living spaces were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. We particularly liked the location of the unit relative to shops, restaurants, and grocery store (literally minutes away on foot). There was very little outside noise (except for the birds, which we loved). Would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again.

Family Vacation

The home was as advertised, comfortable and roomy with great views. Home supplies were adequate and easy access to the beach. Notes regarding location of trash storage needs improvement.
