We loved our stay in this condo. It has everything we needed to feel right at home. The two balconies were well used -one for eating and one for reading. We were happy we could walk to the beach and the two shopping areas. The pool looked nice though we never used it as I prefer the sand and salt water.

The host, Megan, was very responsive and helpful. She provided a great document with hints, tips and directions about the condo plus great advice on how to enjoy Hawaii. The condo is artfully decorated and very comfortable. The are 2 lanais, 1 off the living room and the other off the master bedroom. Both have comfortable furniture, fans and lights. There are beautiful views of the mountain with excellent sunsets and the golf course where you can see many birds and other animals. The condo is fully stocked. The kitchen has lots of herbs and spices and plenty of pots and pans so cooking is easy. Fridge has a ice and water dispenser. Kitchen has Mr. Coffee Machine , blender and easy to use oven, stove top and microwave. In the bathrooms there were plenty of amenities and toiletries. The only thing you need to buy is toothpaste. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable.There is plenty of beach equipment including several Tommy Bahama beach chairs and snorkel equipment. It was a great place to stay with great shops and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful 10 day stay with lots of beach time, We highly recommend F-206

Exceptional property that is exquisitely decorated, clean and well maintained. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The wrap around lanai is perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Quick easy walk to beach and food options. Host is responsive. Would stay here again!

This condo was amazing! Very clean and very well stocked. We loved the wrap around lanai and enjoyed sitting there while enjoying the sunrise. Great views of the golf course and mountains. This was our first time in Waikoloa but this will be our go to spot on the Big Island in the future. We would definitely look to see if this unit was available for any future stay.

Great location, fantastic property

Beautiful location right in the heart of the beach area. HUGE lanai for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunrise. Large community pool with two hot tubs. Plenty of space for a family of 4 (though we didn't know you could pull apart the King bed in the second room so each of our kids could sleep on their own bed). Super quiet and lovely. Will pick Vista Waikoloa whenever I have the opportunity going forward.

Wonderful location

The location of the property is wonderful. It has a spectacular view of the mountains for a sunrise and a quick walk to the beach for a sunset. The condo was stocked with everything to make us feel like we were at home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Hawaii Family Vacation

Very nice place and location. The condo was fully stocked with anything needed (one of the best stocked VRBO condos we've stayed at). Communication with the owner was very good and very quick to respond. We had issues with the AC working for one of our nights (very hot during our first night as AC wasn't working), but owner was able to get fixed the next day. Overall the place was clean, however, floors were dirty, the bottom of our feet were black after walking around the place during our first day.

Very comfortable, well appointed, and great views!

We highly enjoyed our stay at Wai Aloha! It was a quick 10 min walk to A-bay, so nice for sunsets. While the live music was a wonderful welcome at Lava Lava Beach Club, we mostly enjoyed the path around the fishponds (at sunset), and also the coastal foot trail along the water that continues forever in both directions. Having the Queens and Kings Shops nearby was a huge convenience, made for easy dinner plans each night. We also enjoyed running/walking each morning on the winding sidewalks through the entire resort area, as well as the Kings Highway Foot Trail with petroglyph fields - very unique. It is a beautiful area that is well manicured, and everything you need right there! The condo itself was super comfortable, beautifully decorated (artwork and woods), and well appointed with dishes/appliances, seasonings/spices/condiments, extra personal care items, local books on Hawaii, loads of gear for a day at the beach, etc. We had everything we needed! The king bed was wonderfully comfortable, as were the luxury sheets. The views from the lanais were great, and you don't look directly at anyone else. Aside from all that, the owner is responsive and very kind, always considerate of your needs/requests. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to soak up a bit more 'Hawaii' on our last day! Thank you so much, and for sharing your beautiful place with us, these memories will stay with us forever!

Thank you for the great memories!

My family enjoyed the best time here. The condo, located in a prime area, is beautiful, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious. Views from the two expansive lanais are amazing. Great memories were made early each morning when my family would gather on the lanai to sip coffee and enjoy the stunning sunrise over Mauna Kea. Communication with the owners was excellent. We'll be back next year!

I loved the Hawaiian style furniture. The size of the room was just right. The only drawbacks were the weak water pressure in the shower and the lack of ocean view.

Great condo in a beautiful location

First trip the the Big Island for the family. Really enjoyed the stay. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished and also has some great artwork. The location is perfect with a short walk or drive to shops, restaurants, and Anaehoomalu Bay AKA "A bay". The condo is well equipped with for those that like to cook. There are beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and boogie boards. The view from the deck is spectacular! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Rental

I can’t say enough positive things about this condo rental. It is spacious and well laid out and was perfect for our family of four including two teenage kids. The decor is perfect for the location, you truely feel like you’re in a Hawaiian getaway, and not just someone’s house.The kitchen was well stocked with all one could need from dishes, silverware, pots/pans and cooking utensils plus a well stocked pantry, which we took advantage of for several meals. There was an ample supply of towels for use at both the beach and the pool, and the supply of beach gear for use was great. Check in/out procedures were very detailed and well communicated. The location within the Waikaloa Beach is perfect for a relaxing vacation, with enough close by amenities for anything you might need. We would definitely look to rent this condo again if our travels ever take us back to the Big Island.

Lovely Property

This is a lovely place with high-end finishes. We have stayed in multiple units in Vista Waikaloa and this was one of the nicest. Pros: Host availability, fantastic shower, beautiful well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great lanai, fantastic location, and everything you could want for a great beach vacation. A few minor cons compared to other units we’ve stayed in: road noise, AC locked at 76, and some extra chores at check-out. Just some feedback for the owners! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Loved this condo. We had our adult boys with us. Great location, close to everything. The sunrise and mornings on lanai were picture perfect. Loved the pool, Abay, Lava Lava, etc Stayed 2 weeks. Didn't want to leave! Will be back!

Refined condo with great location

My husband and two daughters loved spending 5 nights in this beautiful condo. It is such a short walk to so many things. The beach, Lava Lava Club, shops, restaurants, etc. We had the best time and enjoyed our nights being able to stay in and cook dinner in the beautiful, well stocked kitchen (always grateful for leftover containers!). We hope to visit again! Thank you Megan!
