The Hali i Kai community is very quiet. It is located close by the best beaches in big island. In the evening was really quiet and the beach club was really nice to take some sun and rest in the jacuzzi. Thomas and Gail were really nice and answer to me all my questions. If I will go to Hawaii again, for sure I would like to repeate the experience. Mahalo

Charming resort villa

The property is spacious, with roomy luxurious bathrooms, comfy beds and an excellent kitchen. The lanai is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the meticulously manicured grounds. The pool and bar/restaurant that are part of the resort are a bit of a walk, but the view is tremendous, and it’s a great place to hang out. I’d love to come back for another visit!

This property was very clean, organized, and spacious. The grounds were beautiful. Denise at the office was so helpful and informative. Ideal location, close to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. Also, enjoyed the food and atmosphere at the pool.

Family Vacation

This property was a great home base to explore the Big Island from. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the birds in the coconut grove. We also appreciated the tennis and basketball courts, and made use of the available grills several times. The Ocean club was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Awesome place awesome location

We loved our stay at Hali’i Kai!! The place was clean and perfect for our family of 6. So much to do with the best beaches nearby. They have plenty of beach gear and the apartment feels new. We used the community barbecue for a few meals. Loved the back deck! The community pool and hot tub was amazing!

Beautiful, Well-Maintained Property

All of the excellent reviews of this property are absolutely correct. This is the cleanest, most well-equipped property I’ve ever stayed at! Spent a week here with my husband and one of my kids, and we couldn’t have been happier with it. Plenty of space, everything we needed in the kitchen, a closet full of beach gear, and lots of small touches to make our stay easy. The owners and friendly and easy to communicate with, and clearly take pride in their place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful condo!

Beautiful, well appointed and immaculately clean condo at the Waikiola Beach resort. Tom and Gail Kellerman are wonderful hosts, who thought of everything and were very quickly responsive to all of our inquiries. Thank you! Wonderful unit - 5 stars!

This is a great 2-bedroom option on the Big Island. Large and spacious condo with everything we needed for a great trip. Loved the pool with bar/restaurant. Close to our favorite beaches. Definitely will consider staying again on our next trip.

The accommodations at Halii Kai outstanding. Perfectly appointed, comfortable and outstanding communication with our host. Clear pre-arrival instructions with follow up for a couple of inquiries. The condo lovely and added benefit of the private Ocean Club, the cherry on the sundae. Unobstructed sunset views, personable staff. Drinks tasty with live Hawaiian music Friday and Saturday evenings. Our best stay ever on the Big Island. Already planning our return next year. Mahalo 🌺🌺.

Great place to Stay!

Very clean and very well-maintained. Check-in was easy, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The views from the property were absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience for me and my family — highly recommend!

Great resorts with an awesome pool and restaurant

We had a great time and loved that they supplied extra things like soap, toilet paper, laundry pods and kitchen essentials without having to buy it. 22a is about a 15 minute walk to the pool. You can also drive too. There is some parking spots. We saw a wild turkey !

Even more beautiful than the pictures!

We were thrilled with our stay in this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed, and was even more luxurious and beautiful than the photos! The location was lovely and peaceful and we walked down to the Ocean Club to watch the sunset, swim, eat, and work out overlooking a 180 degree view of the breathtaking ocean! My son also enjoyed the basketball hoop by the tennis courts. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy some meals at home, and Thomas & Gail were so responsive and helpful! The property is immaculately cared for and the location is ideal (perfect weather, convenient for trips all around the island). We even walked over to the Hilton next door along the oceanfront walking trail. It was an amazing trip! Mahalo!

Excellent home and location

Great home, good location (if Waikoloa is where you want to stay), near shops and grocery, close to the beautiful Hapuna Beach. Home was well stocked, good communication when needed, the Ocean Club pool, food, drinks, views and service were great. Workout facility view was amazing! One note on Ocean Club pool, no play balls in the pool (one thing the kids and I love to do in the pool), strictly enforced!
