Disappointed. We rented this home for four days. Unfortunately, two of those days were affected by a very loud siren or beeping sound that could be heard blasting throughout the neighborhood. We’re not sure what caused it, but listening to a loud beep every few seconds really affects you after a few hours. We booked this property with a few friends, and there were a few surprises we hadn’t expected. The listing shows air conditioning in the photos, but we learned there was an additional charge to use it after our deposit was paid. This was inconvenient since we had already finalized our group budget. They put a pad lock on the electric meter. The only way to stay cool was by keeping the doors and windows open. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs, which made them quite warm, but with the siren noise, we couldn’t comfortably leave the windows open. We reached out to ask if the air conditioning could be turned on, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response.The listing notes that the home sleeps ten, but there are extra fees per person as well.
