Clean, quiet, safe, great location! We have stayed here multiple times as a family of 4 with two teens and love it every time! We cook many meals easily in the kitchen and use the grills at the pool, there are plenty of beach towels, chairs, coolers, sand toys, available to use, the AC works great, comfy beds….easy to walk to shops and restaurants…Highly recommend!

Perfect Location for a Holiday of Memories

Condo exactly as advertised, quiet beautiful location. Comfortable and well equipped, 5 minutes walk to shops, 10 minute walk to the beach. Property manager was very helpful, highly recommend the condo to anyone.

Perfect Stay in Waikoloa Village

We had a wonderful stay at this unit for just over a week. The accommodations were perfect for a family of 4 adults. The owners were extremely quick with responding to any questions that we had. From the moment we walked in, we felt that we were staying in our home away from home. It is nice to stay in a condo with all of the amenities and comforts we want at home, with the benefits of being in a quiet, secluded part of Waikoloa Village. The Kings Shops and Queens Shops are within easy walking distance, as is the King's Trail petroglyph area. Yet it is private and quiet enough that you can see amazing starry views at night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 5/5!

Great place for families

We had a very good stay and enjoyed our trip. Some things the owner may want to consider is upgrading the mattress in the master bedroom and ensuring all lights in the unit are in good working order. Otherwise, this Penthouse had everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation.

Excellent Vacation Villa

Our vacation villa experience was excellent. The location is ideal. Communications with the host were prompt and helpful. The villa itself is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our relaxing week. Can’t wait to return on our next trip to the Big Island.

Lovely condo

Wonderful condo within walking distance to A-Bay which as our priority. I have stayed in a few locations in this area and this was our favorite one, we definitely plan to return. The third floor was nice and quiet for the most part. The forced air vent that is inside did run the entire time. The white noise was nice for sleeping, but we did wish we could turn it off somehow during the day. A quick instruction on heat and the TV (3 remotes) would be great for future guests, though we weren't home too often. Kitchen really does have everything you would need. The fridge is new. Bed was soft due to the mattress topper, but oddly firm. We both slept well. The only reason I gave the check in process 4 stars was we didn't receive check in instructions until the evening before our 6am flight. Overall very chill feel to the place and can't wait to return.

Fairway Villas

The condo was clean, spacious. Kitchen had all the necessary items to prepare meals. The grounds (pool, gym) were very nice. The host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Fantastic! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable and the most well-stocked kitchen we have stayed in. We were able to cook everything from homemade lasagna to grilled fish. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic property and location.

This property is as listed. Clean and well stocked with everything you need. It’s centrally located and in great condition. Felt like home, clean and roomy. The check in was easy and quick. The property owner is friendly and available within minutes of reaching out. We will definitely be back next year. Highly recommend this property with fantastic golf course views.

Ok property, needs new furniture

The location of the property was probably the most appreciated as it was walking distance to shopping, grocery, beach and restaurants. The condo is on the 3rd floor which is no problem, but the elevator had such a bad smell our entire 8 days there that it was almost nauseating to take it. There was not a comfortable place to sit or sleep. The beds were all terrible and all of the furniture looked liked it came from a second had store. Even the patio furniture was very uncomfortable which was sad as we usually love to sit outside for breakfast. There were long black hairs on the floor and baseboards which was gross and ant traps sitting around in the kitchen. There was no soap for showering so we had to use what little liquid hand soap there was upon arrival. The blow dryer which looked like it was from 1980 did not work. The kitchen was pretty nice. After speaking with other people staying in the complex, we paid up to $100 more for our unit per night and did not have as nice of accommodations. I would not recommend this unit unless they upgrade their furniture, especially the beds and hire a new cleaning service.

Outstanding time at The Fairways

This is our 10th time staying in various condos at The Fairways. Our stay in Unit H 31 was one of our best visits. The Third Floor unit is quiet and has a great view of the Golf Course and Mauna Kea. The owner has brand new appliances, stove, refridgerator, wonderful stocked kitchen pots and pans and utensils, and beach gear available. This rental was perfect for my wife and I that like to cook breakfast in the unit and then we have lunch and dinner out. The development is well managed, great pool, and grounds are very well kept. Beautiful location and well appointed home away from home.

We loved the condo. The instructions were thorough and timely. Everything was in working order and the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband is 6'5" and would have liked a king bed, honestly, but the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location to shops and restaurants

Clean and comfortable condo with access to the pool and exercise room. Enjoyed morning coffee on the Lanai with beautiful view of the Waikoloa Beach golf course. Within walking distance to Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace, and great restaurants. Ten minute walk to the beach.

Amazing stay

Our family loved our stay at this property. Jared is a fantastic host and the condominium was fabulous for our family. Super clean, very spacious, very lovely furnishings and all in excellent condition. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms for 4 people. The host provided everything we could need and more. All the appliances are very modern and were great to have, lots of cooking tools, pots, pans and dishes. The only thing is for the master bedroom, the blinds are only halfway down, and there is nothing to completely darken the room. The outdoor shutters do not close, so if you need complete darkness to sleep, best to bring a sleep mask. An easy drive from the airport, and to get to Walmart, Target, Costco, Safeway, or to the local KTA grocery store. Condo has lots of bath towels, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles, there was a basic hair dryer, washing machine, detergent, everything you could need for your stay. I would recommend checking the pantry first before hitting the grocery store, because there are already some cooking oils, seasonings, tea and sugar. The whole complex is very lovely, beautifully landscaped and very well taken care of, and the pool and hot tub was great. It is a quiet complex, and everyone staying was very respectful of the quiet time hours. Be sure to take the key for entering the pool area with you. The condo is just a very short drive to A Bay beach which is so beautiful and has lots of shady areas, and just a few minutes to Hapuna Beach which is also beautiful, but be sure to bring an umbrella because there is very limited shade, but not to be missed. There are some great dining venues and shopping in walking distance at Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace. There is also a convenient movie theatre there and a venue for magic and comedy shows for evening entertainment. Queens Marketplace also had a free hula show and live music. Check the schedule to find out when. It was a really great stay, and we would highly recommend the condo and location to our family and friends, and would be very happy to stay here again.
