"The house is very nice and in great shape, There is FoodLion grocery store right next door. The cute small town of Monroe is within blocks. The backyard is great. Kitchen is well appointed. "My buddies and I stayed here for a fishing trip, and the setup is unbeatable. Being right on the main channel made it so easy to get on the water early. Great TV on the back porch and awesome fire pit down by the lake!"
