"Photos online look better than in person. Overall condition is ok but could use updates and improvement- and some minor upgrades in towels and linens would help. Complaints- The bedroom carpet was dirty and storm doors don’t lock. Positives- Location is convenient and parking was good. Hosts are obviously trying to provide a good experience for guests. "

Minor hiccup at check-in due to booking through Expedia - Expedia doesn't share any info with the owner of the property and the email for my self check-in wasn't sent. I called the owner and he called right back after a few minutes and was able to give me all the instructions I needed. He even gave me some hiking recommendations. Later, the water...

" Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!"
