The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, combi microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, and kettle, making meal preparation effortless.Both bedrooms are simply furnished with calm, soothing colours and plenty of storage space. The bathroom boasts modern fixtures, a rain shower, a towel radiator, and a toilet, with a top-loading washing machine for added convenience.Step outside into the completely private 500 m² garden, fully fenced for peace and privacy. Enjoy lawns, seating areas in both sun and shade, and charming shell paths that add character to the space. Arrivals are permitted daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you are required to vacate the property by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the designated location where it was collected.If baby cots are available, please note that bed linen is not provided, so you will need to bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking details to confirm if this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered in advance, and they are only permitted to stay after receiving approval. An additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
