"Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend ein Upgrade. Vor allem die Betten und Matratzen sowie Bettwäsche. Das Schlafsofa ist aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr für mehr als eine Übernachtung zumutbar. Die Bäder waren okay, aber mindestens 35/40 Jahre nicht daran gemacht. Die Möbel an sich erwecken den Eindruck, dass alles was zu Hause nicht mehr benötigt wird, wird hier rübergebracht. Der Plastiktisch und die Stühle dazu auf der oberen Ebene vor dem Haus müssen dringend entsorgt...

"A really nice flat with everything you would need for a stay in the area! Great views of Bellano and Lake Como too, and the price was more than reasonable. If you do stay here without a car, be aware that the walk up from the town is very steep, I underestimated this a bit!"

"Der Empfang durch Lucia war sehr herzlich, sie führte uns zur Wohnung und half uns auch mit dem Gepäck. In der vollausgestatteten Wohnung war alles für uns vorbereitet auch der Ofen und Kamin. Lucia ist eine ausgezeichnete Fremdenführerin und versorgte uns mit vielen Ausflugstips. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und ruhig zwischen kleinen Gassen im mittelalterlichen Teil von Breglia. "We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)...

"Das Appartement ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr hell, ruhig und bis auf das Kinderzimmer sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und man kann ganz wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg und den See genießen. "Perfectly located in the hills above Bellano (a 10 minute drive in to town). The rental was spotless and featured a spacious deck with stunning lake views. The main living area has an open plan layout with two good-sized bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"

"Jolie maison, propre et tres bien équipée avec terrasse avec une belle vue sur le Lac de Côme a 10mn de Menaggio. Place de parking devant la maison et commerces et plage au centre du village accessibles a 5mn a pieds. Nous avons été tres bien reçus par les propriétaires. Jardin avec belle vue sur le lac accessible par quelques marches au dessus de la maison, très typique au Lac de Côme. Restaurant au village avec très bonnes pizzas! Nous recommandons!"
