This comfortably furnished family and friends' house is on the edge of the forest. It is ideal for a vacation with a large group of friends or families. The house has wellness facilities such as a wood-fired hot tub in the garden and a Finnish sauna with light therapy and infrared heaters. The bright, sunny house is contemporary and practically furnished. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with balconies and 2 bathrooms.

The house is on a small fen at the forest's edge and a short walk from the subtropical swimming pool. Vlagtwedde is known for its picturesque landscape, rich history and cultural heritage. It is located near the border with Germany and is surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. You can enjoy walking, cycling and fishing in the nearby nature reserves.

The sunny garden has a large and spacious terrace with a luxurious lounge set, 2 luxurious sunbeds, a picnic table, a bar table with 4 chairs and an outdoor fireplace/BBQ. For the children there is a playground with a sandbank and a trampoline. There is a swimming ladder in the water behind the house. There are also 2 SUP boards available with which you can go directly onto the water from the house.
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
