We had a great stay. We arrived a couple of days late due to weather issues. We had to contact the owner a couple of time & received prompt responses she was very helpful. The set up was perfect for our use. It was nice & peaceful. It is perfect for couples & family stays. We are grateful there are electric blankets on the bed we needed them every night. The A/C system was fantastic with the heating. We would suggest this place to anyone.

Great updated place!

Is a nice house with all ammenities , recently updated , nice kitchen etc. only downside is small aircon in main room . Day we arrived it was warm so the house was really hot and stuffy , took forever to cool down. Also the windows can’t have open at night because there’s holes in wire mesh so u get heaps of bugs come in( which we found out) . And the other downfall is bedroom and the deck side of main room doesn’t have windows u can open so when there’s a breeze u can’t cool bedroom down

Great spot, Great Stay

Kangaroo Island is big. Osprey Heights is a good spot to stay if you’re going to spend a lot of time in Flinders Chase National Park or if you just want to relax and recharge in a quieter area. View from verandah is lovely and the house was clean, warm, cosy and has everything you need for a great holiday. Highly recommend.

Every thing you need

Osprey Heights is a lovely house with everything you need for an enjoyable quiet holiday. Close to the Harriet River, easy walk to the beach, lovely verandah to sit and enjoy the scenery with a drink & BBQ. Very clean and tidy. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Lovely property in great area

We loved our stay at Osprey Heights. The house is wonderfully located close to the river in Vivonne Bay and to the General Store. We had a great time exploring the surrounds and the path along the river, as well as the little pier close by. We loved bird watching and met a koala in a tree right next to the property which we nicknamed Kev. Highly recommend this property, which was very comfortable and well set up. Thank you!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Alles war gut und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist grosszügig ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich gemütlich. Leider kann man die Fenster in den Schlafzimern nicht öffnen. Würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

3 days break

The property is about a 2 second drive to the corner store which was great for coffee. We enjoyed the fireplace nightly, and the walk to the beach is about 7 mins. The beds are firm, and the couches are sinking in, but the aid of cushions helped. We liked the use of wifi and Netflix after a huge days of sightseeing. The bbq out the front worked and the deck is nice with a view of the river. The place has windows in every room for exit I guess if a fire. The cupboard had spices and condiments. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
