"We loved the house! This was a great place to stay while in the area for Hot August Nights! The pool and backyard was a great place to relax in the evenings. If we are ever in the area again, this is definitely where we will want to stay. "

"Exceptional stay! Excellent communication with Briana! Spacious house. Fabulous location with great restaurants 5 minutes away. (Dolce Caffe, Claio, Madein) We did not cook so I can't comment on kitchen stock/equipment. The layout was good though. Wonderful large backyard with lots of seating areas. Highly recommend!!"

"This place was comfortable for my 2 kids and family. It was clean and spacious enough for us to rest our heads for Hot August Nights. The hideabed is broken. My sons just slept on the coaches. Thanks for the hospitality."

"Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. "We loved the location of the home because it was within 15 minutes of everything important to us for this trip. We traveled for a volleyball tournament and this property was everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was friendly, clean and very safe. Lots of walking trails that we made use of and it’s quiet community made for a great evening out in the backyard. We will definitely be back again and this property was all that we needed and then some. Mahalo "

"The property is perched on a hillside with a view of the lake and surrounding woods! Gorgeous! We had our privacy which is important to us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong and pool table! The Jacuzzi was clean and located on the back balcony, which is ideal. The master bathroom has a steam shower, absolutely wonderful. The house does have minor repairs that are needed that would enhance the stay. The house is located near Incline Village and a 13 min drive to Sand Harbor beach. Unfortunately...
