Inside of house was accurate to listing. Pool area, child's play area were in bad condition. They did come and fix the broken gates for us. But the overall condition of outside was not acceptable.

Excellent Location spot with a few tweaks

The size of the house and location was perfect!! The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of plates and utensils and pots and pans!!! Easy to stay for one week! The family members believe that the upkeep needs improvement. Examples, shower door off track, toilet running and towel racks loose and fell, washer and dryer need cleaning ( dryer vent needs cleaning, washer had mold in rubber gasket) Outdoor pool and play area needs cleaning and re-sanding..

Family Beach Trip 2024

I planned this family trip back in November 2023…It was amazing…House was decorated beautifully…Definitely had stuff to do for everyone…house was very well stocked for all ur cooking needs and entertainment…But definitely take a extra supply of paper towels and toilet paper, kitchen rags and bath towels…as was fully stated in instructions….Would definitely stay here again ❤️ Thank you ☺️

We really ennjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. It was inconvenient to have to run out and buy basics like gargage bags, soap, tp and papertowels particularly since we flew in. Mgt co didnt redpond to the problem w grill all wknd. Missing sheets for pull out. Very stingy w towels. Rhe house itself was laid out perfectly for a large family.

Strickly Fun-VB 2022

With just a very few hiccups-it was an awesome week! As far as the property goes-beautiful and comfortable home! Pool was a hit! Picture of hammock in listing should be removed since it's no longer there. Kids were disappointed but not for long. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of movies and games. Perfect place for kids. Easy walk to the beach. The only downside was the pretty significant roof leak during a thunderstorm. Had to place pots along the kitchen/dining floor. Even though-I'd rent again! (Hopefully the cleaning service cleans the chandelier over the dining table before then 😏)

Great home for our family vacation of 17 family members!

The home was great! Very spacious, clean and many amenities were provided! The pool was great and the short walk to the beach provided easy access to a clean, spacious beach area. We would vacation at Sandbridge Beach again!

Home away from home.

My husband and I got the house so we and our three adult kids and their families could all vacation together! We had 3 kids under 3 and this was the perfect house for children! The gates, sandy play area, pool and concrete shaded play area under the house provided plenty to do when we weren’t across the street at the beach!!! We were close to everything we needed and would rent here again in a heartbeat!!

Family Gathering

We really enjoyed our stay at your family friendly vacation home. It felt like staying at a relatives home. Since various family members live in different states it was a nice way to all link up. It was a little chilly but we had one nice day on Sat. The grill was brand new so we grilled, took a dip, cooked a big meal on Sunday for Mother's day and just had a good time. Literally the only complaint was that the remotes were not in the right rooms but we figured it out. Look the home is not the most modern but it served our purpose to feel like we were home. It was comfortable and more than enough room for all of us. The realtors office were very responsible and very kind. Check in and out was very easy and we would love to stay again just when the weather is a little warmer. With the storm on Sunday we thought we were going to blow way, ha. Thanks again

Quick Family Trip

The house was perfect and gave us all our own space! Convienently located right by the public access to the beach so being one street over from the beach was perfect! Looking forward to going back again sometime in the summer to enjoy the pool! Thanks!

Great vacation

Property was perfect for our two little ones (1yr and 2.5yr). All stairs inside and outside were gated. Property is big enough that the noise from the floor level didn’t wake up the kids. Overall great place!

Wonderful stay

We are so thankful for our amazing week in this beautiful home! The home is so comfortable and has great beach decor. It’s a dream for parents with small children! There are custom built in gates at the top level of the steps on both the decks and inside the home. The bunk bed room is perfect for small kids, having an assortment of toys and the sand play area/playhouse outside were mesmerizing for our daughter. If you are extremely picky you you may be bothered by some items needing updating, like shower doors that are difficult to open/close and the outdoor furniture is a bit tired. It was an amazing property that would be exceptional if some minor updates were done.

Failed to meet expectations

Many items pictured in listing were missing or broken and unusable including grill, umbrella, hammock, tv remote (no batteries in it at all), Xbox, swing, and several lights (some had no light bulbs in them at all). One shower door was barely hanging on the track. Bypass closet door barely worked. Some screen doors were bent and so difficult to work that we just left them open and kept the regular door shut. The swing was supposedly fixed the day we arrived. I watched the guy bend the S hook around and put the swing back up and say it's good to go. But the first time one person sat on it (180 lbs) it broke and the person fell on the ground. Fortunately they were not seriously injured. Ice maker did not work properly; ice barely came out through door but would spill onto kitchen floor whenever freezer door was opened. We turned off ice maker to stop the overflow. The closets and cabinets of the house had so much stuff in them that we could barely find room to put snacks and paper products away. Much of our stuff we had to leave sitting in boxes on the kitchen floor. Location was great. Property floorplan was good. However the room with the bunk beds is very small and difficult to get in and out of. As the owner I'd be embarrassed to have it rented out without first addressing the numerous items of deferred maintenance. It has great potential but needs a good housecleaning, some decluttering and some routine maintenance.

Vacation at last

Our plan for a family reunion was postponed from 2020 and so we felt truly blessed that all 17 of us could travel from the mid west to the Atlantic Ocean and spend the week together. Strickly Fun was spacious enough for all of us to spread out for different activities, yet we could gather together for meals and games. The location was spectacular -- just a short walk to a very quiet and, for the most part, empty beach. The pool was enjoyed by everyone everyday. Amazing vacation in a fantastic place.

Okay for the price

Let me start off by saying that we had a fantastic time here at "Strictly Fun." Pros: Just feet away from the beach, plenty of space, more than enough dishes. Cons: Furniture is very outdated compared to other properties that we have stayed. Also, the cleaning lady was still there when we arrived and i felt bad for her because she was a much older woman who stated to us that she was sorry that she was running behind because the other two women that were supposed to assist her never showed up. Overall we made it a good experience, but I think this property is overpriced.

Excellent Weekend

So glad we chose this house for our first visit to VB. It had everything we needed and such a short walk to the beach. Lots of great views from the multiple balconies. Maintenance was there quickly when we had an issue with something. Would recommend this house for sure...

NOT worth the price you pay... and I mean not even close.

I mean where do I begin. This place cost me more than $650 a night and it was honestly pretty bad. First off the general cleanliness of this property was pretty rough. Carpets are like 10 years old straight up looks like poop stains in some places from dog crap. Hand marks all over walls, black spots. The trim on the ceiling is just peeling off in the great room. They could use the money from renting it out one time to get TVs that you could actually see(they are like 10" tvs). Half of the kitchen table chairs are about to give out... the legs are barely attached on some. Handles are falling off of kitchen cabinets. Shower doors are falling off the tracks. Toilet on the second floor ran NON STOP. Bed fram on second floor is pretty close to falling in half. Stained sheets on our new bed that we changed too since the frame was broken. Inside of fridge was pretty gross as well. Tuesday the pool guy came and plugged a hose into our hot water and we literally had no hot water for like 4 hours. This property had a slight ant issue too(no big deal, this is common), they tell you multiple times to clean grill after use... LOL never been cleaned ever... Absolutely disgusting. Another gripe we had is the fact that we spent over 600 a night and they couldn't leave us any salt, pepper, hand soap, paper towels or EVEN trash bags??? What kind of crap show are they running here. Clearly profit over satisfaction. The worst part of this trip is the embarrassment of telling someone that we paid 2800 bucks to stay at this property for four nights. Absolute embarrassment. Won't ever be back to visit this rental company. What a joke.

House where they thought of everything!

We absolutely loved this place! A quick walk to the beach, beautiful pool, and a house built for kids and convenience. Love the giant sand space in the back and the outside showers. Solar heat doesn’t heat pool very much but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it in Sept as we had snorkel suits. We’re already planning to go back!
