Home was beautiful, but a few things renters should know that made our stay a 4-star instead of 5-star.The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and great proximity to the beach. Honestly a perfect home for our family holiday get together! One thing to note is they are VERY LIMITED on what basic essentials they provide: 1 roll of toilet paper per rest room, no trash bags, 1 dishwasher pod, no paper towels, 1 bath towel per person (no extras). Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of before arrival.Here was our main issues. When we arrived on Christmas Eve, the code to the house the rental company provided did not work. We called, texted, sent messages through the app- nothing! In fact, we didn’t hear back from them for 3 days!! Fortunately, there was a sliding glass door that was unlocked around the back so we were able to get in. If not, our entire vacation would’ve been ruined! There was zero response from them until they sent an email response the day after Christmas. When they tried to charged me 217 for early check-in I asked that they waive that due To their lack of response when we arrived, which they agreed with. I appreciated that. Again, overall, it is a wonderful home for a large family, but I think there could be some improvements from a customer service standpoint- specifically regarding the property management company.
